Quiet getaway for the whole family!



The Space:

A Wave from Everything is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the quiet Cobb's Cove subdivision. You're only a short golf cart ride or walk away from the beach, making this a perfect vacation getaway! This 1800 square foot home offers plenty of deck seating to enjoy the beautiful views of the beach -what a place to enjoy your morning coffee!!



The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, and is open to the kitchen and dining area. You will find everything you need to prepare and serve all your favorite meals, along with ample seating at the island, dining table, and an additional table/chairs (also great for game night!).

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has one twin bed and one set of twin over twin bunk beds. The third bedroom has one twin over queen bunk bed along with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed - so 14 can sleep comfortably.



Downstairs you will find room for parking, a charcoal grill, outdoor swing, picnic table and extra seating for friends and family. The sand shower is perfect for rinsing off a day spent at the beach, before enjoying the property.



Small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Our stay was very enjoyable! Some things are rusty so you need to be careful ... swing and outside shower pallet had rusty nails sticking out but overall it was a very nice place! Oh, the yard needed to be mowed too!

A Wave From Everything is pretty close to perfect! The house is in a great location to the beach and is very comfortable feeling. There are a couple of minor issues that need correcting but doesn’t affect the comfort of the stay.

Fathers day vacation 2024

The house needs some TLC. Also a better cleaning service. Overall our experience is good. The property management are great and fast. There is no road in this neighborhood to access the beach, only buggy and walking.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was filthy upon arrival. We pay for cleaning so I don't understand why it isn't clean. My daughter had to mop twice, ceiling fans were coated with dust,pull out trash can has splattered food all in it and microwave dirty. My daughter cleans houses for a living and was shocked. I lived the location, but I won't be renting this cabin again due to cleanliness.

Rough stay

The house was dirty it had trash under the beds. Also we went the whole stay 5 days with no hot water we were told it was the weekend and they couldn’t fix it until the day we left. We had small children with us a cold bath doesn’t go well. Also after a day on the beach you are wanting a warm shower not a cold one. All management ciuld say was they were sorry no compensation for this awful situation

Reviewer Comments: The location was great—but this beach house is suffering from rental fatigue. The kitchen is under supplied and drawers are dirty. The mattresses are old, stained and lumpy. The furniture is dirty and lost it’s shape.

Reviewer Comments: This house needs a deep clean and owners need to check out kitchen utensils, pots, pans,etc. Found roach droppings in one bathroom, burns on kitchen floors, broken tray in frig, nasty pillows, no dust pan to clean up dirt, nasty front door, picnic table on porch was in bad shape and needs to be replaced, one lamp switch would not work in living room.
