2) This property is listing for sale. But not that many buyers are interested to buy such a big property. However, there’s still a small chance that, in case someone need to look at the property, we will give tenants a 24-hour notice. Make sure you are OK with that. Thanks for your corporation.
3) For reviews, there are 3 good reviews, but one unhappy review due to that tenant was over reacting after informed him the granite vanity top was cracked and damaged after they checked out, and needed to filed insurance claim. And this tenant was unhappy and gave us an unreal review in most of terms.

10-15 minutes driving to Hananua Bay, Sandy Beach, Kailua & Lanikai Beach. 30-40 min to Waikiki, airport,etc.
2-story, lanai,7 bedrms,9 beds, 1 Kitchens/ 1 wet bar, 4 bath, 300 sf big kitchen, 500 sf living room, 500 sf master bedrm suite with walk-in closet.

This huge house is in very new condition. 3 minutes walking distance to spectacular white sandy uncrowded famous Waimanalo beach. Waimanalo beach is named #1, America's best beach, in 2015 by Dr. Beach. House is so close to the ocean, can hear the sound of wave to sleep!
There is a nice lanai upstairs, and you can also see the very nice Hawaiian mountain view from the house!
This giant property, very spacious different living areas is sitting on huge big lot, located at Waimanalo Beach neighborhood, which is a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Whole house is surrounded with solid wood fence and front metal gate to make it become even more secure, privately enjoyable. There are 1 big main kitchens, 1 wet bars, 4 baths, one nice lanai on second floor, 2 TVs/ 55 inches.
All 7 bedrooms, and downstairs living rooms have AC. For all bedrooms, downstairs living rooms, total of 7 wall AC units installed. Upstairs living room has the ceiling fan.
All solid wood cabinets, solid wood floors, Granite countertops for all kitchen & wet bars. Granite/quartz vanity top for all baths.
There are 1100 sf front open area with some nice local Hawaiian trees around, 21 ft wide x 100 ft long on one side for parking and driveway. There's a 600 sf green back yard in the back.
For convenience, provided WiFi, 300+ channels for cable TV, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, countertop oven, hair dryer, washer & dryer.
For beach essentials, we provide 3 beach towels, 2 snorkeling gears, and 2 body boards.
For energy saving and safety reason, suggested to turn off ACs and other electrical appliances when nobody is home; also turn off ACs and other electrical appliances for areas nobody stays. Thanks for your understanding.
This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Please keep it quiet, and no loud noise, thanks.
Iron and rice cooker are available also. Please let us know ahead of time before you come, thanks.
Rent out for the entire house.
This is the gated site with the front house and the back main house(This ad only rent out the main back house, the front house does not included. There is small management unit in the middle.). This rental is for the back main house: double door main back house entrance to 7-bedroom(3 downstairs, 4 upstairs) main 2-story.
This house can sleep up to 10 guests, and have max. of 3 cars.

Great place and location

The owners and caretakers are very responsive and nice! I highly recommend this property. It is 1 block from the most amazing beach. The property is clean and well maintained. How can you not like paradise with great people to help you! Most rent and repeat visit!

Christmas Holiday Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very big with lots of space for a big family. The close proximity to one of the best beaches on Oahu was amazing. We could walk down and catch the sunrise, relax in the natural shade or boogie board to our hearts’ content. The local grocery store in Waimanalo (Shima’s) has everything we needed and more. Their poke was especially delicious and affordable! Access to other parts of the island was easy. We hardly experienced any of the infamous Oahu traffic. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet with the exception of New Year’s Eve! The fireworks we saw were some of the best. Our hosts were kind, gracious, generous, and responsive. We would be happy to return someday.

There were six adults, ages 30 to 78. We were there for a funeral to bury our close friend. Last minute the owner hits us with a massive list of rules that had we seen prior to our visit would never have agreed to them. I assume you have access to our communications with the owner because it was all on the VRBO site. If we walk to the beach no more than two of us at time, not allowed to bring the ashes of our friend in the house. Can’t run air conditioning if we are t there. They turned it off every day we went out and the temp was terrible when we got back. Caretaker, who only spoke Chinese, telling us every day of something we did wrong but not having a clue what she was saying. Then 11 days after we left the owner tells me we broke (cracked) a granite vanity top in one of the upstairs bathrooms. WE DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING WHILLE WE WERE THERE. The house is for sale so Im certain this sink has been broken for a long time and using us to have it fixed. Given the amount of dirt and dust that was on all the dishes this placed had not been rented for some time.

So sorry to see this Unreal negative review to defame us. This tenant did not give us this bad review after they checked out early. But only gave this review after the housekeeper found out and showed the tenant that the vanity top was damaged after they lived there. The damage of vanity top made the sink moveable and could drop down, and the vanity sink could not be used. If it's already damaged before they moved in, for sure they would let us know. Before they lived there, it's in good condition, but found out was damaged after they left. This negative review is not true. The fact is that they didn't follow the housing rules. Tenants agreed not to carry the ashes of their friend before they came. The key housing rules showed on the listing, tenants only received the check-in instruction before they moved in. And all of our other tenants never had any issue with this, but only this tenant. Housing rules on listing shows tenants should turn off AC and appliance when nobody at home for energy saving and safety so we can also give tenants better deal, but they turned them on when nobody home. Temperature is not terrible at this winter time to have AC off when nobody home. The caretaker doesn't speak that much English, but she's very experienced and many tenants like her. And tenants can call or email the manager anytime in case have questions or can not understand, shouldn't have communication issues. It's also not true that the tenant said this place was not rent for some time, and the dust was on all the dishes. The previous group of tenant left 2 days before they came in, and all the dishes were cleaned only 2 days ago. The previous tenants want to extended for another month, but since they already booked, couldn't extend. If didn't tell this tenant the granite vanity top was damaged during their stay, the tenant would not give us this unreal emotional negative review.
