- You will love the spacious main bedroom. With high and exciting ceilings, you will instantly be at peace! The room has tons of natural light for you to enjoy in the morning. The plush king sized bed is the highlight in this room with a 400 GSM comforter and ultra soft hypoallergenic microfiber sheets that feel like a cloud. You won't want to move from the bed! Additionally, there's 55" smart TV with free Netflix!

- Also included in the master bedroom is a brand new comfortable Serta Crestview convertible sofa bed, to provide extra sleeping space got your guests.

If you ever find a way out of bed, you'll find a spacious, beautiful bathroom suite waiting for you. The suite contains a tub with a jacuzzi and a walk in shower! Finally, the walk in closet provides plenty off room to hang clothes and store your belongings. In this closet, you'll find an iron, and an ironing board. The walk-in closet also holds the linens for the air mattresses, should you need them.

- This room is soaked with natural light. The sofa seats are oversized and deep for comfort. There is a huge 65" Samsung smart tv (free Netflix!).

- The kitchen has every cooking or eating utensil you may need! It's equipped with pots and pans, if you'll want to cook, as well as baking sheets, mixing bowls, and measuring tools. There are two cutting boards as well as a plethora of knives to choose from. On the right of the oven, you will find all the cooking pots and pans. Plates and glasses are located in the cabinets. We have also provided a coffee machine, toaster for your convenience.

Mom’s Birthday Celebration

The property was accommodating for the amount of people that were staying! Each room had their own bathroom. The bunks beds were sketchy and needed to be adult friendly and no railings for safety. The pillows could have been better quality. The kitchenware was cheap from the dollar store. It was not enough to accommodate 13 people. The house is well maintained and nice upgrades, but the little updates need to be done. You can find nice kitchenware and utensils at a local Target or Marshall’s if you don’t want to spend more than $200. Need more coffee mugs, glasses and wine glasses. Provide more paper towels and toilet paper as per request. Maybe you should add some toiletries. The host was responsive to text messages and was able to provide our needs. Also provide book of things to do and. Welcome sheet to provide information on the Wifi. Only one TV was functional in the living room. All TVs did not work in the bedrooms. Overall we were able to enjoy the property with my family. They were happy with it just some comments they made. We would still book again in the near future. Just okay

Best part of the stay was the communication and willingness to help out from the host. However, there were some rather disappointing instances. 1: Add states it sleeps 15. We had a party of 13 and only 6 slept comfortably. Bunk beds are full sized beds That do not comfortably fit 2 per bed, and felt as if they were about to fall apart if someone moved. 2: Add states, and was listed in the into message from renter, about the mini fridge with complementary soft drink and water
 this mini fridge only included 5 beers. 4 Coronas and 1 modelo all leftover from an unknown previous renter at any given time. While we personally didn’t care if we had complementary soft drinks as we brought our own, when you mention it as a selling point and it’s leftover alcohol from a prior group stay
what else wasn’t cleaned or addressed? 3: We were told extra towels, blankets etc. would be found in the master closet. When we got there, There was only 4 blankets for the entire house (a house that sleeps 15 mind you) and 2 hand towels. HAND TOWLES!! 13 people to share 4 blankets and 2 hand towels is completely unacceptable when you know you’re hosting a big group, and then reiterate it will be stocked with adequate items to accommodate your stay. 4: The temperature is hot. Thermostat is locked so you are not able to adjust the temperate (make sense and I get it) but 13 people in mid august in Texas is brutal. Not fun to sweat while sitting in the living room. 5: Do not count on the futons as a viable option to sleep on. You’re better off bringing a piece of plywood to sleep on. 6: house is clearly under renovations. Items were not completely completed and wires where sticking out of walls / ceiling. The toilet paper holder in the main bathroom even falls off the wall when you go to get toilet paper. There is also a giant crack on the window In the kitchen. (Renter did acknowledge when I asked about it when we got there to make sure they knew it wasn’t from us). Overall, while this place did what we needed it to do in the aspect that it was a place to stay, the best part about the stay was that the communication from the renter. When notified of the towel and blanket shortage, we were notified how to access the storage closets where we found only 2 blankets and 2 towels. We were told more would be dropped off In the motioning, and they were. This place served its purpose, but for the price we paid, it was beyond unsatisfactory.

Hello Jordan, Firstly, we want to thank you for choosing us for your time in Houston. To respond to your review, our listing clearly states SLEEPS 15, which it does. Asides from the beds in each room, there is a sofa bed in the master bedroom, the living room & an extra air mattress available for large groups. These details are present in the listing description before you booked. Also, you did not mention any of that during your stay that you were having any difficulty with a place to sleep; I would have pointed that out. Also, I clearly informed you at check-in that the guests that checked out right before your group, had a party. Hence the damage to the kitchen window and bathroom holder, which we have currently fixed. You told me you understood and fine with it. If that was an issue, I would have sent out our maintenance guy, I asked again, you said it is cool. I granted you an early check-in at 11am, regular check-in time is 3pm. To accommodate your needs, I agreed to it and had my cleaning team take all the laundry offsite. I explained to you that is the reason why we were running short of towels. The cleaning team delivered those extra towels to you the next morning. Lastly, it is out of a kind gesture we are offering complementary drinks. Are we wrong for offering beers? If that did offend you, please kindly forgive us. This is the first time, I have had a guest complain about the renter offering complementary drinks. With all being said, thank you again for staying with us. We apologize in any way we made your stay uncomfortable. Thank you

Perfect property

The place was clean and spacious, there were seasonings in the cabinets, pots, cleaning supplies etc. I appreciate this listing being EXACTLY how the host described it.

Long Weekend

Property was great and exactly as advertised and photographed. House was close to industrial area and trucking area so it was a bit noisy. Also the trains come through at night and blowing there horns so if you are a light sleeper you might have a problem.
