Relax in this newly remodeled home with beautiful upgrades throughout the house. Flagstaff is a fun town with local natural beauty and parks/hikes, excellent golfing options, skiing, nearby Sedona and the Grand Canyon, there is always something to do!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

The house was a perfect fit for our large family group. There are two master suites and spacious gathering spaces in the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The kitchen was well-equipped. The kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor play areas. Overall a fantastic space.

Great big nice house

House is as described. It had everything we could possibly need and was completely comfortable for a large group. Communication was great. The backyard is huge and has lots of seating on the patio. The house is nearby Mt. Elden and also the freeway, so I think some traffic noise echoes off the mountain. That is the only minor negative I can think of. The upside of that is easy access to hiking trails on Mt. Elden or the north side of the Peaks. The house has tons of tv, but the wifi never seemed to get bogged down even with so many users.

Beautiful & Relaxing

Great location in a quiet community. We were able to visit Slide Rock, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and the Lava River Cave easily. Enough room to eat together, play games, or just sit and chat.

Great property for families

Large, clean, and lots of things to do at the house for families and kids of all generations and ages. A+ location. Bikes, playground, hot tub, awesome kitchen, easy check in & out.. Would rent again! Thx

Spacious house

Property details say minimum of 1 day between rentals 
 the cleaning lady was still there at 4:25 on our arrival day High touch areas they say they disinfect were totally filthy 
 remotes and light switches, and door handles, but they did leave disinfectant wipes for us to do it The deck has soft / spongy spots that feel like you can fall through and there is a ledge that is not marked 
 our group fell off several times No BBQ utensils. Rather loud area with alot of trains going through And we asked for a fan for lower bedroom and it was not furnished .. we bought one for the upper floor because it was hot. Now I realize you cannot predict the weather but fans could be there especially with no AC. Although we did enjoy the house 
 the above are what we found to be true

Perfect Getaway

My whole family loved this house. We cooked, spent quality time, and thoroughly enjoyed the game room. There is so much space, multiple floors, and a giant backyard to enjoy the weather while grilling out. Our host was most gracious and always responded to our messages promptly.

Amazing, even better than expected!

As soon as we arrived we were very happy. The property is even bigger and better equipped than we expected. Property was very clean, quiet and just a perfect place for a large group gathering. Also, the beds are very comfortable, which is a nice surprise. I definitely recommend this house!

Lovely home

We used this house as a jumping off point for Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Flagstaff. The house was as described- spacious and well appointed. We were quite comfortable. A few rough spots-We didn’t get the check in information and had to message the manager. We also messaged for checkout directions (first VRBO where to run didn’t actually want us to do anything other than leave, which was lovely). The manager was quick to reply in both situations. If we had one complaint, it’s that the house was perfectly clean (bathrooms, kitchens, beds) until you looked in less obvious spots. When we pulled out the trundle or checked under beds for lost things, there was lots of junk. There was also half drank bottles of soda on a shelf and mantle. Maybe the people before us just left a big mess? It was clean in all the ways that mattered and we’d absolutely stay again.

As good as advertised

This is a nice, large house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to transportation as well as quality restaurants and downtown shopping. Brandon, the property manager, is always quick to respond with relevant answers and great information about the area.

Great Family Getaway

This is a great place to stay. We were able to get away with our entire family and make some great memories. There is a lot to do when at the house and you’re very close to everything around the city. Very easy process and the owners are complimentary and easy to communicate with and work with. I would recommend stay here to anyone and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Spacious and comfortable

This property was awesome for our group of 10. It was perfect for entertaining kids! There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to town.

Couldn’t have asked for more!

Our family was extremely satisfied with our stay this Winter. The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. There were so many activities for the kids to keep busy inside and out that we never left! Each adult had their own comfy/cozy place in the home to relax and unwind privately. The home was in a nice neighborhood and close to grocery and food establishments. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

Great rental!

Property was very clean. We stayed for a Christmas gathering and a tree was put up and beds were made with holiday bedding! It was perfect! Kids enjoyed the sleeping arrangements, had all the amenities for a great weekend away!! Definitely recommend!
