The apartment seemed fine initially. But, several electrical outlets did not work, including the one for the coffee. The next morning before an important morning meeting there eas no hot water on either bathroom. After my meeting I called the local manager and shared i would be relocating and would request a partial refund from the host. He understood.So, I emailed the host, shared my concerns.and requested a partial refund.There has been no reaponse. I would.not recommend this property.

College visit

We came in for 2 days to visit WKU. It was an affordable home and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was a great little apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Staycation

Visited a friend for the weekend, wonderful location and amenities. Coffee maker was broken and a replacement was bought and delivered the next day. Smallest details - would be nice to have some body soap in the bathrooms and hangers in the closets. However, that did not affect our visit at all! Thank you!!

Upper Level Close to City Life

This rental was clean and spacious and fit our family of five (teenage kids) very well. The host was easy to communicate with, and prompt with responding to any questions. We visited Mammoth Caves during our stay, which was about a 35 minute drive, so very convenient. There are many restaurants and activities located nearby, I highly recommend Shogun Bistro (Sushi/Hibachi). This rental is near a city so expect some distant noise occasionally at night, all that aside it's very cozy and we all slept soundly.

Lack of equipment

Arrived around 4:30-5:00pm no lights were on. Poor lighting for when you have to punch in the code to get in the place. Had to use flashlight on my phone. Lack of cooking pots and some of the pans and dishes were dirty. No extra towels, blankets. It's seem more for college students or younger people. Not for good for family!

Wonderful stay

We loved our time here! The place was very clean, located in a nice, quiet and safe area. Also near places to eat and shop which was nice for our quick weekend trip.

Bowling Green

Plenty of parking, easy to get to, many locations to eat, walk, easy access to other eating places, quiet neighborhood. Only one thing—the 3rd bedroom is actually an alcove as you walk upstairs from front door. It is still plenty spacious, with a double bed and an oversized single mattress up on a ledge.

Super clean apartment in downtown Bowling Green.

I can't emphasize enough how clean and tidy this apartment was. Lots of beds so my family could spread out. The beds slept better than my memory foam bed at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bowling Green.

Very clean and nicely decorated quaint apartment. Comfy beds and very comfortable overall!!

We enjoyed a short walk to the fountain square and lovely shops. Spencer’s Coffee was great and we highly recommend!! I loved finding a bakery that had gluten free cookies!! Bonus!! Would definitely stay here again!!
