Welcome and Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Federal Way, between Seattle and Tacoma, with easy access to freeway - highway 5. Located close to everything, shops, grocery stores such as Winco, Costco, Walmart, Safeway, etc., and many other conveniences. You will be about 25-30 minutes to and from SeaTac Airport. This place is ideal for a single traveler/group/family, shorter/longer stay. You will definitely have access to all this city has to offer and beyond, not to forget the Federal Way Wild Waves Theme & Water Park. For those of you fair lovers, the famous Puyallup Fair is just 25-30 minutes away south.

Location,location,location

We travelled from Alaska to Federal Way for a surgery. While this condo is not new or fancy, it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Very close to Virginia Mason facilities, shady and cool even in a heat wave. Excellent shady 1/4 mile driveway loop for initial rehabilitation walks, and many wonderful trails/bike paths nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance (1-2 miles) Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and kind. Responses from the host to our questions were almost instantaneous and very helpful.

Location great

Location was perfect and central to family needs. The place was dark and needs updating. My family refused to use the kitchen. The shower pressure was great and the complex it was located in was quiet. They reported the bed was not comfortable but they managed. The property manager was kind and responsive. It all just needs a deep cleaning which can be fixed easily.

We really regret to hear that your experience wasn’t as expected during your stay, we are very sorry about. Our goal and ultimate priority has always been for our guests to feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. We strive for excellence, and really do our very best to meet all our guests’ expectations. The building where the unit is located is surrounded by trees, thus the reason for not having a lot of natural light coming through; that’s really the reason why. The kitchen is pretty descent and very functional for our guests use, so is the bed and, we’ve never had any issues at all in the past, but we are very thankful for your review. We take very seriously our guests’ concerns, and we will make sure that we take yours in consideration as well for either yourself if you choose to come back and as well for our future guests. Once again, thank you!
