---Welcome to Beautiful Wrightsville Beach ---
I hope you love it as much as we do!

This perfectly located beach pad is clean and tastefully styled. It was recently renovated and provides comfort by offering posh furniture, quality cookware, fine linens for the king bed, deluxe bathroom towels, large beach towels, and unique local artwork by EDA Surf.

The patio overlooks the inland waterway which has OUTSTANDING sunset views and abundant boating activity to observe.

The path to the ocean is at the backdoor where you will find a pristine beach, Crystal Pier, a coffee shop, surf shop, and the Oceanic Restaurant.

One mile north offers nightlife, a grocery and additional restaurants.

Beach Gear: Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and umbrella are provided.

Parking: 1 parking spot is provided. All other parking is town paid parking. Please inquire with me for suggestions if you need to bring two cars.

Technology: One Roku TV and WiFi.

As owners who also live on the island, we make it our job to ensure you have the perfect stay. We are available by phone/text to answer questions and help you with any special requests.

We only allow two persons to stay and expect guests to be reasonably quiet and always courteous. We highly respect our neighbors and we will not cause disruptions to their quality of life. If you are looking to party, this is not the place to book. If you are looking for a quality vacation in a great spot, please book with us!

Parking: (1) parking spot and located off-street behind the home in the MARKED SPOT ONLY, PARK INSIDE THE LINES. HOA Towing is strictly enforced.
Respect: Outside areas shall be kept clean and free of waste. Beach equipment and personal items shall not impede on neighbors or block the walkway.

Nice property in an excellent location
Perfect place for one or two people to stay. Quiet area but only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Beach is a one minute walk and the channel is right outside the back patio. Property was nicely appointed and extremely clean. Host was wonderful to work with.

Wonderful view of the sound plus a close walk to the beach and coffee shop. Great location on Wrightsville Beach!

The hosts went above and beyond. The condo was very well appointed, located, and view of inter coastal was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.
