If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet style to fine dining.

This house is only a mile away from Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the National World War II Museum, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, House of Blues and many other hot spots. The nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 22.6 miles from the house. The nearest grocery store is only 0.6 miles away and the neighborhood Walgreens is only two blocks from the house. Additionally, this newly renovated house sits within one block of St. Charles Streetcar Lines allowing you to easily hop on and off public transport to visit must-see places and hot spots of the city.

• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great space for gathering

The apartment worked well for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Check in was a breeze. Hosteeva customer service responded immediately and were very helpful each time I reached out with a question.

The location was not that far from bourbon street. The unit was spacious but had a few things that should have been taking care of. Parking could have been better. Did appreciate the store across the street

Decent New Orleans experience

The inside was nice and spacious, was not the cleanest. Nothing major just small stuff like the sink having hair in it and the couches having crums on it. The floor also holds a lot of dirt. Location wise its a short uber to anywhere you want to go. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 8 guest. The worst part was the under pass right down the road that multiple homeless people live under and have created a tent city.

Great property 3 blocks from streetcar line!

This is beautifully renovated property located close to the streetcar line and near some great restaurants within walking distance. The home was clean and well appointed with the basics. Off street parking was ample, but the streets were being worked on and signs were posted for no street parking during the day through the end of March. Not sure how much enforcement was taking place as neighbors were parking on the street. We easily found spots on the corner. 7 adults stayed comfortably and we were grateful for the opportunity to have a great place that was easily accessible to public transportation around town.

Perfect for what it is

This property is mostly as it appears, minus a few decor items, nightstands that were on the property. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed to cook dinner at home. The property was mostly very clean however the floors were very dusty/dirty. Socks worn around the main living space ended up filthy. The location was great. There wasn't too much besides a few cafes and restaurants very close by but Bourbon Street and everything else we wanted to do and see was mostly in a walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice after a night out near Bourbon Street and the Ubers at night were fast and not expensive. Overall a good property for a group of people and we would consider staying here again.

Dark, dirty and not as advertised. Bummer.

We stayed here for a week for a tradeshow. Pros. -location was convenient to downtown -easy access to property -clear check in instructions. -safe door locks and decent security measures -good heating/cooling system. Effective shd easy to use. -good finishes -good size rooms Cons -no natural light in most of the house. The few windows that exist only get indirect light because of proximity to neighbor houses. Very dark house. -the floor was absolutely filthy. So filthy that it appeared to not have been cleaned for many weeks. The flooring was the color of dirt so you could only tell by the crap on your socks. Super gross and 100% not acceptable in any hospitality situation. -our inquiry regarding a faulty link to the wrong address in the confirmation email was ignored. Not a huge deal but small things matter in hospitality. -on street parking was a crapshoot with both construction and parades going on.
