Great relaxing vacation home.

We had a great time. Our own private beach, kayak and boarding equipment. A private pier with covered cabana. A wonderful pls d to relax and enjoy the water. There is much to see in Belize around Placencia.

Great family stay

House is as described in posting. Beach access is great! Had one issue with oven but response was quick in getting it resolved. Great communication! Will recommend this place to friends!

Smaller than expected but well furnished. Had internet which helped with I phones finding local attractions. Also had movie channels without advertising.

Ried /Jacque family stay

Great, would recommend and would come back. Very private setting. Lots to enjoy with sups, kayaks, beach and lagoon with dock. Well layed out for a family of 8. We rented a 7 passenger car and had no problem with the trips into town for groceries etc.

Beautiful location and adorable home

The house was perfect for our family of 7. We had amazing beach days at the gorgeous private beach across the road. A very short one minute walk. You basically have the ocean for a front yard and a beautiful lagoon dock in the backyard. The beds are good, the sheets and blankets are all a clean and uniform white. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes.

Nice place

Beautiful place. Just as described. Lots of room. Only complaint would be about the sea grass. It made swimming in the Sea impossible. Can’t swim in the lagoon because of the crocodiles. But we found a resort nearby with a beautiful pool. We were able to swim there for hours, as long as we bought lunch there. Check out Azure Del Mar if you end up in a similar situation!

Great house, far from town

This house has everything we needed. Wonderful beach and lagoon access. Loved the dock. We wished for an information book-don’t swim in the lagoon due to the crocodiles, and other helpful tips would have been nice. It is a long way from restaurants, groceries and other necessities. Definitely need a car or golf cart. Overall a nice house.

Good stuff first-lovely dock and great beachfront. Great location for birders. Decent appliances (no dishwasher tho). Overall space inside was adequate but would be tight for 6 guests or more. Rental car is a must as groceries and restaurants are 5-10km away.Not-so-good stuff next-tired furnishings and bathrooms. Most taps were problematic and kitchen sink leaked onto the floor. Kayaks had broken seat and SUP paddles were sketchy. Bad stuff- unresponsive property manager. Zero responses to any of our enquiries for the last 5-6 days of our stay including the fact that we had no hot water for last 3 days (cold showers) and no power on the day before we left from 7 until noon. We couldn't make our morning coffee and later the water stopped flowing in taps. We later found out from a neighbor that this was scheduled but Vacasa never gave us a heads up.Lastly, this home is on the only road to Placencia and all traffic flows back and forth. There is a speed bump directly adjacent to the property and the noise is extreme at times with large trucks and buses braking or flying over the bumps. We could not sleep with the bedroom windows open as the road noise was too much.Honestly, I don't expect to see our review make it onto the VRBO site for this home because I don't see any negative reviews currently listed. We can't be the only visitors who noticed these issues.

Beautiful location

I enjoyed everything about the house and amenities. The only thing that can be improved is the shower knobs no real control of hot and cold water. Other than that everything was magnificent.
