Discover endless entertainment at the Community Resort, featuring an array of amenities, such as a pool, hot tub, splash pad, slide, lazy river, and more! Take a trip around the neighborhood on the scooters and play Pickleball at the Community court. If you want to spend the day indoors, challenge each other to a game on the Nintendo Switch or play a few rounds of Shuffleboard. You won't find any other place like this one!

This newly built 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home, can comfortably accommodate 20 guests. When you do muster the energy to start your day, a fully equipped kitchen awaits and provides the opportunity to cook a big breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you decide you'd like to barbecue, there is a grill on the back patio for you to use. This home is packed with amenities to entertain everyone! Great Place!

Stayed here with our extended family and loved the accommodations. Very clean and lots of amenities (cooking, blankets, e-bikes, TV's, ping pong table) to make it enjoyable for all the kids. Met the owner and she was incredibly nice and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Red Sands

We came back a second time after having a fabulous time last year. The homes are beautiful and nicely accommodate our family and extended family. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook meals, including many appliances. The location is great. Everything is within a few minutes drive. We plan to come back again next year.

A true family-friendly home that balances beautify and functionality

We’ve stayed in several short term rentals over the year but this one was the best by a landslide. The kids loved the included Jetsons, scooters, games, and TVs everywhere! The location was beautiful and the property is clean. The only cons I noticed is several of the doors have settled and shut themselves partially (they won’t stay open) which is frustrating when trying to move luggage and things around. The bed we stayed in squeaked horribly and woke me up several times just rolling over to get adjusted. The pros included huge bunk beds that were so fun, TVs everywhere, the ping pong table was a hit, the electric and self-propelled scooters, there was a Nintendo switch there we didn’t use (it only had 1 game), and the fire pit in the backyard. We could have stayed in the house the whole trip!

Great home REALLY crowded and unusable amenities

The home was FANTASTIC. The only complaint about the house was that the suffleboard was unusable because there wasn't any sand for it and the two ebikes had brakes that didn't work while we were there, so we obviously couldn't use them at all. The community pool was SO crowded that we couldn't use it at all. It was being used by, not just the immediate community, but the entire community in the surrounding area. We saw people walking to the pool from the neighborhoods above us and next to us. Which is fine, but we won't stay in that community again due to that.

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing visit to St George and most of it had to do with how amazing the property was. They provided so many extras and it was really obvious they thought about the customers when setting up this house. So many extra amenities for families will small children like mine. Not having to travel with a high chair, play pen, or step stool was SO nice!! The seating was great both upstairs and down and made it easy for us to enjoy every aspect of the house- the adults could play shuffle board while the kids watched a show, played in upstairs room, or in the bunk room. Or we could all gather downstairs comfortably! The response from the management team was amazing— they helped with our questions and it was very convenient. I am very particular about cleanliness and did not have any concerns with this place at all. Met all my expectations. Multiple laundry machines was a huge benefit as well. No complaints! Would definitely stay here again!!

Good, not great.

The homes are pretty nice, and they served our group well. The electric bikes were pretty cool, although two of them were broken. The trip out to the Washington Rec. Center wasn't too bad, and the kids really enjoyed it, even if it wasn't ideal. The parking situation in our part of the park wasn't terrific, but we made due. In a busier week it would have been annoying. The ice maker didn't work, all week. The staff reached out to ask if there's anything they could do and I replied "Yeah, bring over a bag of ice" and they said no. They eventually sent a guy who spent 5 minutes, and didn't fix it. Even in a house that sleeps 12, we didn't have enough pickleball equipment to play 2 vs 2. I'm sure that stuff walks off, but it was disappointing considering it was the only onsite amenity. Some of the design of the house was odd. Folding chairs for the kitchen table threw off the upscale home feel. We rented 4 houses, all sleeping more than a dozen people. Two of the homes had seating for 5 in the largest room. Furniture situation could have been better, for sure. We had to use an air mattress that they provided, only to find it had a hole in it. My biggest gripe was working with the office staff, unfortunately. Communication seemed to be very difficult. Even after being very clear, there were still mishaps. We've rented through Red Sands three times, and I think next year we'll look someplace else. It is a nice property, but it was far from a perfect experience.

Couldn’t ask for anything better!!

This was the PERFECT place to house my friends and family for a week. We came from Florida to stay in this house for a week leading up to my elopement with my close friends & family. Everyone fit with plenty of bathrooms & sleeping space! The electric bikes were a blast but be careful on a windy day! Helmets were not provided & my sister was blown off, face planted and cut up her face days before the wedding! Highly recommend this vacation rental! We will be renting again!

Fantastic Home

Brand new home, very spacious, lots of beds and bathrooms. The arrangement was perfect for our 2 families that stayed there. Home was well stocked, RedSands was super responsive to needs. We ran out of propane and they had a new tank to us very quickly. The rec center was fun to spend time at. There is literally a TVin every room and almost on every wall. Kids loved the Ebikes, ping pong table and shuffleboard upstairs.

Great place

We had our girls soccer team stay here for a tournament. They had a wonderful time and loved the home. Communication was fabulous and they helped make everything go smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Well furnished. Enjoyed the amenities. Electric bikes were fun, access to pickleball courts and ping Pong table was great fun. TVs were easily usable and the children loved them.
