Welcome to hiking country! Guests of this studio will be located conveniently in Quilcene, a hub for outdoor activity enthusiasts looking to enjoy the Hood Canal and the Olympic National Park. Once you arrive, open up the shades and enjoy a view of the Inn's common area and the lovely forest surrounding it. Set on the ground floor, this studio is ideal for a couple or solo traveler who want to keep things simple. Enjoy freshly made coffee anytime from the studio's coffee maker. If you decide to wind down with a favorite TV show, just close the room-darkening shades for a great sleep afterward. High-speed WiFi and streaming (using guest accounts only) add convenience during your stay, while heating and air-conditioning offer ultimate comfort.

The bed was comfortable, the TV was OK. Almost everything worked. Problem with the heating cooling unit but a heater was left there and we used it. The Keurig coffee maker has a problem. Nice room.

This is perfect spot to stay for a visit to this area of the Olympic Peninsula. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Quiet surroundings and an easy walk to a Great restaurant called The Quilbilly and a Fabulous Expresso stand called The PNW Press.

Stay was great, just wish there was some local support

The room was great, and the amenities were just what I needed for my stay. It was a little frustrating on a few occasions that there is no local presence. You have to call Vacasa's call center if you have any issues or questions. I would have liked to have been able to speak with someone on-site directly when I had a few minor questions.

Well maintained studio

My husband and I went to Quilcene for our granddaughter's wedding. The studio was very clean and suited our needs well. My only complaint was that we had difficulty getting the code for the key box. Other guests checking in when we did also had a similar problem their codes as well and there was not anyone on site to assist us. We ended up getting in and all was well after that.

Vacasa is the worst

10 digit access code is so MAN stupid and not customer friendly. I had to help an older couple. Why? 10 Digits - so stupid. Make it the last four digits of the guest’s phone number or anything rather than 10 freaking digits. So indicative of the attitude of Vacasa toward guests. It is managed by Vacasa and all that this implies - sheets like sand paper, unwieldy check-in with a ten digit number (each and every time), and no human interaction. However, Shirley keeps the rooms very clean and it’s fine for one night. Great location, fair price, bleh to Vacasa. I bring my own sheets and comforter. The wifi is terrible. One WiFi with one code and pass code or leave it open. Who cares. Again. Vacasa man stupid and not customer friendly. We are traveling. Make it easy and make it intuitive. And stop talking/writing and over explaining because the systems you’ve implemented is terrible for customers. Shirley did a great job cleaning.

Very charming inn appointed with quality amenities/decor for a home like feel. Bed is comfortable, coffee bar fully stocked, a new microwave, nice lamps and a table with chairs for a computer or place to dine. There were two issues. First, the metal wastebasket (bathroom sinkcarea) the bottom was caked with what appeared to be dried coffee spills and food. The garbage bag new as was the roll of garbage bag rolls laid over the spills and bugs. I took the bugs outside then washed the trash can in the shower. Second issue has to do customer care/satisfaction. This inn co-books with VRBO. It's a Vacas property. Contact number at the inn is Vacasa. I arrived to the Inn at 3:00 in the afternoon. Check in is 4:00 in the afternoon. My unit was ready as the cleaning staff had departed hours ago. After a 5 hour drive, I was tired so I called Vacasa to ask if I could check in an hour early. No was the answer! Here's some of the reasons. First, I had not received an early check in email! I booked online there was, to my knowledge a selection for early check in. Second, the owners of the room didn't allow early check. This Inn is owned by an investment group not individuals. My neighbor, two rooms over, overheard my conversation. She shared that cleaning staff let her in with a key five hours before her check in time. By the time the Vacasa representatives and I finished speaking it was 3:32. Still a "no" for checking at 4:00. It was just nonsensical!

Perfect for our needs

The space is as advertised. I like the simple but updated decor of the room. Also the property itself is nice. We brought the ur dog and it was a perfect spot for potty breaks and short walks. Would stay again..

With a baby I thought there would be more to walk around the property, but there isn’t. They definitely need to do deep cleaning in this place, like dust and dirt is everywhere. But very peaceful over here

Great Place to Stay

Loved the location, No road noise, beautiful setting with cedar trees and lots of wildlife. Enjoyed having dinner under the gazebo with friends. Room met all of our needs. I will stay again.
