When we pulled up to the house we were pretty worried. The yard had not been cared for and it looked scary. Inside, the home was clean and well furnished. There was plenty of space for our group of women. We loved the seating in the basement and the large table in the kitchen for playing games. This is an older home, but they've done a good job at making it a nice rental.

The house was clean, the community was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable. We had the space needed for 8 adults but also the ability to be all together. Thank you! We plan to come back next year.

This was the perfect location for us while we were attending weddings. The kids had a great time with the food ball, table and air hockey table. Very safe neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space for our family to sleep and stay warm. Kitchen had, and more than everything we needed. Everything was clean.

Beautiful large property with tons of space for kids to hang and play. They loved the air hockey and large yard. Super quiet neighborhood that was peaceful and friendly. Would definitely stay again—hopefully snow season next time!

This was an awesome home. It was pretty accommodating of our large group. It included several rooms for couples and a bunk room for kids or single people. The kitchen was well outfitted, including a large fridge.2 washers and dryers are there likely to aid in a quick reset, but would be great for large groups on a longer stay.Thanks

The overall space in and around the house is wonderful. Great location. There were a few things that we feel could be improved. The bunks aren’t great for older teens/young adults, but would probably work well for younger kids. Many items in the kitchen seem to be near end of life, especially the pans and bbq. We were not provided any bath mats, dish rags (just one sponge), and no extra hand towels in the bathrooms. We ended up doing laundry each day to keep things fresh since we were a big group. It was nice to have two full sets of washer/dryer to help with this. We did not locate the hair dryer or fire pit listed in the description. Things felt clean and communication was prompt. Overall a good stay, but just missing a few details that would have made it a great stay.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the home met our needs. The location was convenient to many of the places we needed to be for our family event and the neighborhood was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the home had lots of room for us to spread out. Unfortunately, we did find several things to be lacking. No mats at the front door (it rained the first 2 days we were visiting) and no bath mats were provided. The host asked that we use dark towels for make-up, but none were left out for us. We also had to find hand towels for the bathrooms and there were no cloths to use in the kitchen. Small things like sandwich bags, Saran Wrap/tin foil and extra garbage bags would also have been appreciated in the kitchen. The air hockey table and foosball table are definitely in need of maintenance as they are no longer sturdy and wiggle/move if leaned against. Many of the decorative throw pillows were dirty and the home could use a good deep clean. The outside garbage bins were already full when we arrived, and were overflowing by the time we left. The host had no contact with me during our stay, despite reaching out to them to let them know we had arrived. I do think this is still somewhere we would consider staying again, but I would encourage the host to be more involved in all aspects of their hosting.

We had a really great time here in Highland. It’s close to nearby stores and has plenty of room for family and friends to stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean, easy to find.

Wonderful Location

This home was perfect for our stay. The country feel is fantastic and quiet. The blackberries are available to pick during Aug and Sep and are yummy.

Family Celebration!

This property allowed our family to gather from 2 continents and celebrate a wedding! The location is great if you need to travel in both north and south.
