HOCHATOWN GEM! One Story; 5 Bed/5.5Bath; HotTub; Bunk House w/Game Room; Playset

#CabinLife is a large 1-story, 5 bedroom (4 King Bedrooms with ensuite baths; 1 Combo Game/Bunk House with ensuite bath) modern cabin that will sleep up to 18 guests, making it ideal for 4-5 families, or a large group of close friends (max 14 adults)!

The cabin’s floor plan is perfect for large groups, providing plenty of privacy and large indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. Our property features ~3,000 sqft of air conditioned living space, as well as an additional ~500 sqft of covered patio. The property sits on a very large, 1.75-acre corner lot, with plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles and boats/trailers.

There are 4 large King Master Suites (15’x13’ each; including ensuite full baths). Two of the King Master Suites include a twin daybed, for the little ones that aren't quite old enough to sleep in the bunk beds! The other 2 King Master Suites feature plenty of room to place a pack-n-play (note that we do not provide a pack-n-play).

Our 5th bedroom is a very large, Game/Bunk Room that the whole family will love! This room is detached from the main house, sitting across our patio/deck area, allowing your group to “stretch out” among our various living spaces. The Game/Bunk Room features a unique bunk bed set-up, with 2 Queen Beds on the bottom, topped with 4 Twin XL beds above. The Game/Bunk Room also has its own full bath.

In addition to our human guests, #CL is pet friendly for (up to 2) dogs, of up to 25 pounds each. We provide dog bowls and a crate, to help make packing easier for these important members of the family!

Our living room, bedrooms, patio and game room are all equipped with Smart TV’s, with complimentary access to YouTube TV (includes live TV, sports, etc.). Wi-fi access is also provided; we subscribe to a 100MB download speed plan, which is the fastest available in Broken Bow. Further, #CabinLife is equipped with an Eero Wi-Fi Mesh Network, to help ensure a fast, seamless connection throughout the property.

The large open living area provides space and comfort for the whole family. The open living area is a combination of living, dining and kitchen area. The #CabinLife living area features an indoor fire place and 55 inch tv, with 2 sofas and 2 lounge chairs – plenty of space for guests to gather for a movie or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. We also have a half bath off the living area, for the convenience of all guests.
Next to the living area, sits the dining room, featuring a huge modern dining table, which comfortably seats 10+ guests, as well as a counter-height island with additional seating for 6.

You’ll enjoy cooking and entertaining in our fully equipped kitchen, which is perfect for enjoying coffee, cocktails, or a casual meal at the kitchen island, made of beautiful granite. When it’s time to prepare that special meal for your party, you’ll find the kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a flat top stove, a double oven, pots, pans/ dishes/glasses, etc. We provide coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, and salt/pepper for your convenience.

#CabinLife offers entertainment options for kids and adults, both indoors and outdoors. The Game/Bunk Room includes a 7-ft pool table, foosball table, a two-person arcade game with >60 of the best games, a large smart tv, lounge chairs, a small bar area, as well as games, books and puzzles to keep all guests entertained!

As comfortable as the inside is, you’ll want to spend plenty of time enjoying the outdoors. Outdoors, you can enjoy endless games of corn hole, horseshoes, or ladder golf, while watching the younger kids play, swing, climb and slide on our outdoor playset! And don’t forget to bring your marshmallows, for relaxing around our large firepit! (firewood is included year-round, at no charge)

If relaxing is more your style, you’ll love our large patio, where you can kick back and enjoy the flames from the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy a nice soak in the 6-person hot tub!
In addition to outdoor entertainment options, you can prepare and enjoy a nice meal on our spacious, covered patio, which includes a propane grill (propane included), as well as a large outdoor dining table that seats 10+ guests.
