Stay in one of the best locations in all of Deer Valley! Lakeside is a luxury townhome community just ÂŒ mile from the Snow Park Base Lodge and Park City's Historic Main Street—giving you unbeatable access to skiing, dining, and nightlife.

Guests love the convenience: hop on the door-to-door ski shuttle for a one-block ride to the slopes, or take the free public bus to explore the rest of Park City's world-class resorts and attractions. Lakeside is also one of the only neighborhoods in Lower Deer Valley with a heated outdoor pool and hot tub!

This three-level townhome comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms. The main level offers a living area with vaulted ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, and dining for the whole family. A Queen bedroom and adjacent full bath are also located on this level. Downstairs, you'll find two bedroom suites—a King and a Queen—each with private ensuite baths. The top-level bunk room features two Twin bunk beds and a single Twin bed and shares the main level bath, making it ideal for kids or teens. Each room includes fine linens, new mattresses, and a cozy, private atmosphere. Additional amenities include a private garage, ski storage, and a full laundry room for your convenience.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in Lakeside's quiet, residential setting—perfect for families seeking a peaceful aprùs-ski retreat close to the action.

Summer at Lakeside is just as exciting. Enjoy paddleboarding on the nearby Deer Valley pond, attend summer concerts on Wednesday nights, or visit the gourmet café just steps away. Walk, bike, or ride anywhere in Lower Deer Valley and Old Town from this ideal location.

Perfect condo for family ski trip

We stayed here with our family for a February ski trip. The location was very convenient to Deer Valley Snow Park base — the shuttle worked well and we could also walk. The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 5, and the pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and pool

The property was very clean and met the needs of our family of seven. The bedrooms are on three different levels, which worked well for us. The location was great, as we were able to bike and walk to dinner (1-1/2 mile each way). The pool was a big hit with our kids.

Park City Perfection!

We stayed here for a family ski trip at Deer Valley and Park City and the condo was perfect. We loved the pretty living room with gas fireplace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and location is convenient to Deer Valley Snow Park base and Main Street. Our sons (12 and 10) loved the pool and hot tub. The ski shuttle to Deer Valley base worked out very well. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located unit

Our family of 8 stayed for a week after Christmas and over New Years. Deer Valley had beautiful snow, well serviced lifts and no long lines. This unit was perfect for our needs. We were warm, cozy and we cooked in many evenings because of traffic in Park City. Mountain West was great to work with and the home we stayed in felt like that - a home. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back soon!

Excellent condo

The location of the condo is very convenient - the drive to the base of DV is 1-2 minutes, the drive to downtown Park City is 6-8 minutes. The DV free shuttle drives from the condo to the mt and I think it will take you to downtown as well but we didn’t use it. The condo was very clean, very quiet, beds were comfortable and bathrooms are nice. I wish there were more seating options in the living room. The sofa and chair only seat maybe 5 comfortably.

convenient, clean, and plenty of room for a family

the location could not be beat, the shuttle came right to your door to snow park lodge which was just down the block. the condo was clean, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc. The garage fit our suburban and there was an easy catchall space to put on our boots. we had a great stay

Great location - perfect for family outing

This location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley for a family. Available shuttle service, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, plenty of room to spread out, multiple bathrooms, pool and hot tub, and very clean. Would definitely recommend to other family/friends and stay there again! Great communication before, during and after our stay.

Deer Valley: Perfect for Families

This Deer Valley townhouse's location is unbeatable - walking distance to the Snow Park Lodge and a quick drive/shuttle ride to Main Street. The four-bedroom layout offered ample space, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything for staying in a cooking great meals. The owner thoughtfully stocked the home with essentials and even extras like games and kids supplies. We'll be sure to stay there again!

Location location location

We (2 families of 4) stayed over new years and the condo was perfect. The shuttle was incredibly convenient to get to and from the mountain and we were able to walk to the St Regis and town as well. Plenty big enough for all of us and the hot tub and pool were great.

Outstanding Home in Amazing Location

First time in Park City/Deer Valley in the summer and this place could not be in a better location. We walked to Deer Valley resort and several times into town. The house was clean, well appointed and very spacious. We can't wait to go back.

Great place for family get together

We planned a family get together and this unit was perfect. It had everything including a playpen for our 2-year old grandson. Very clean and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The location worked great for skiing and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Thank you for all the memories we made.
