This beautiful 5th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 8 Condo that has 2 beds in the main bedroom, a murphy bed in the living room and a couch that folds out into a bed to sleep additional people in the living area. We have full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings. The bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do. We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

This is a no pets, nonsmoking condo.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Baywatch Resort will have ongoing renovations starting October 2025. Guests may experience some noise or minor disruptions during the day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: POOL CLOSURE
Pools at Tower 1 will be closed starting Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The project is expected to last until the end of March.
During this time, the Tower 1 pool, lazy river, and all hot tubs will be drained and unavailable for use. Additionally, the Tower 1 pool deck will be closed and cordoned off for safety.

My husband and I were thrilled with this property for our five night getaway. Surprisingly to me, it was everything it stated it would be and also the prior reviews were very good. The beach view was amazing and the amenities were kept very clean. There were a lot of hoops to jump through to be approved for the rental (sending id pictures, credit card info for every transaction add on etc
) but in the end it was worth the time. Definitely want to stay there again!

This is the 4th year we have made this trip and this is our new favorite place to stay. The location was convenient and the furnishings and supplies were top notch. We didn’t use the pools though they did look inviting.

It was nice and relaxing. I wish we could have enjoyed the balcony more especially in the late evening and early morning but sadly there was someone, either below us or next to us that continuously smoked cigarettes and weed. I understand that is something management can’t control even though the signs posted everywhere not to.

Excellent condo for couple or small family!

The condo was very clean and neat and had an incredible view of the ocean. The pool area was clean and had many pool/hot tub/lazy river options as well. The beach area was small but clean also! We would definitely come back.

Lovely condo but


We thought the condo was lovely and perfect for the two nights we were there. The pools, lazy river, pool side bar and breakfast cafe were enjoyable. What I didn’t enjoy was the constant reminders about everything we shouldn’t do because we would be charged for it. Once was sufficient. The three times after that was overkill. We were there for a celebration of life and not to wreak havoc on someone’s property. In addition to that, we decided with our time of arrival we would ask for an early check-in which we knew would cost an additional $50. The rules state it was first come/first serve due to the cleaners rotation. So two days before, we asked for early check-in. Per managements response, we had to contact them the following day. We did. Still too soon. Contact them day of. Which we did. They finally said to pay them which I did. Then was told to contact them AGAIN to get the door code! That’s an awful lot of contacting management. They could use a little process improvement on how best to keep their properties straight. Although the condo was lovely, I would probably not stay there again or go through Big Fish Rentals.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Watch. The condo was exactly as pictured. The view was beautiful and the place was clean. The only issue we had was that checkout was at 10am-which is ridiculous itself- however the code to our door quit working at 9. Thankfully my 9 year old was in there to let us back in. Otherwise who knows what kind of catastrophe the situation would have been. Also wondering what the cleaning crew does considering all of the things we had to take care of before we left.

Wonderful place!

The room was clean and newly renovated. There was plenty of space for all of us. The view from the balcony looks right over the pools and to the ocean- it was breathtaking! Everything was close to us. It was so easy to enjoy the day at the beach and the pools, then go back up to the room if needed. This is a great vacation rental property and I highly recommend it. I will be coming back for sure!
