This 2BR, 2BA unit in The Colonies at Williamsburg Resort sleeps 6: Master BR with King bed and en suite Bathroom with large jetted shower with seat, Second BR with a queen bed and a dual access bathroom (shared with living area) with a jetted tub/shower combo, and a queen sized convertible couch in the Living Room. SAVE MONEY on meals with the full kitchen- enjoy midnight snacks or coffee in the am at your leisure and in your jammies! Vacationing in a condo is SOO much easier and more relaxing, and overall less expensive, than staying in a hotel! Even a laundry in unit! Enjoy the amazing indoor and outdoor pools and adults only hot tub! 15 min from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.
You will have either a small patio seating area (first floor) or a small balcony area with seating (second floor) to enjoy. No smoking in the units, please! This is a very family friendly resort with a game room and activities calendar for the kids too! This is a weekly rental that does not offer daily maid service- although you can request new/additional towels during your stay. All rules and regulations of the Colonies at Williamsburg Resort must be adhered to by guests at all times. Resort requires a $100 refundable damage deposit and a $35 activities fee that is not included in the rental fee, but will be collected upon check in.
