Stunning 2bed/2bath Villa - Amazing Location+Views

Stunning and newly renovated 2 bed/ 2 bath spacious villa perfectly located within the resort facing Paseo fountain & steps to the Main Pool, Gym & Grill. The villa has been completely updated with new furniture, luxurious bedding, LCD Smart TVs (w/Netflix, Prime, Disney+) in every room. A spacious living room newly furnished for comfort and two sun soaked balconies with fountain/mountain views complete this vacation retreat. Kitchen is fully equipped, and free fast Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center.

There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from the villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

Clubhouse includes La Quinta Legacy Grill, state-of-the-art fitness facility, adult pool and spa, family pool, spa and play area, lap pool, poolside cabanas, hammock garden, activity lawn, meeting rooms and outdoor fireplaces. Legacy Villas private, 24-hour guard-gated community includes 19 cascading fountains, 9 community pools with saltwater spas and walking access to restaurants, tennis, Spa La Quinta, shopping and golf at La Quinta Resort & Club.

The Coachella Valley has a myriad of activities from which to choose including golf, tennis, hiking, restaurants, shopping, ballooning, theater, casinos and music. There is the Living Desert Wildlife Park, the Desert Museum, the Children's Discovery Museum, the Agua Caliente Indian Canyons Park (fabulous giant Palm Tree forest with stream running through (should not be missed!) and last, but by no means least, The great Joshua Tree National Park, massive rock formations, abandoned mines and ranches from the turn of the century, fascinating desert flora and fauna and views of the entire Coachella Valley.

Nice location but...

Nice location but we were very disappointed in the upkeep of the unit - Several lights were out when we arrived, the safe did not work, the fireplace did not work and we never figured out the instructions for the TVs. When we tried to turn the dishwasher on before we left it did not work either. We arrived on a Thursday and called the property manager on Friday. She did come over but said she needed to call an electrician who could not come until Monday - not much help when we were leaving on Tuesday. Disappointing!!!

Darren's condo is fantastic-very light and airy. All amenities- Perfect location away from pool. Couldn't ask for better. But do bring your own condiments....no mustard or ketchup! On a scale of 1 to 10 it's a 15!! andrea and mark

Excellent location and a beautiful property

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was very clean, the sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo is a convenient three minute walk to the main pool. But it is far enough away that we were spared the loud noise from the pool. TVs were set up for Netflix, Disney+, and other platforms. I also appreciated the outdoor couch setup on the balcony. It looked like many units did not have patio seating aside from some bistro tables and chairs. It was nice to sit on the couch and watch the sun set over the mountains. The views from the unit are beautiful. I docked points for "accuracy of the online listing" because of checkout time and thermostat settings. The online listing stated that checkout is 11:00am, but we were informed on arrival that it is actually 10:00am. More importantly, there is nothing in the listing indicating that the thermostat is remotely controlled by the owner. Our unit was set to 78 degrees our first night, which was very uncomfortable for sleep. Outside temps exceeded 110 degrees during our stay, so a/c was critical for us. Guests are able to temporarily adjust the temperature, but it would quickly default to the owner's settings. We were asked not to set the temp below 72 (which is not unreasonable, but should be included in the listing), but even then we were at the mercy of the preset temps.
