Clean, Cozy and Convenient. Great little place to stay when visiting our daughter in Laramie.

Tidy downtown apartment, walking distance to most everything. We even walked to the War Memorial stadium a couple times, which was a longer walk, 1.9 miles each way. Most bars and downtown restaraunts are just a few blocks away.

Not as advertised

This property does not sleep 6. Maybe 5. We came with six because it said it slept six. The bedrooms upstairs are not both queen beds. One is a queen and the other one is a full. The other place to sleep is a couch on the first floor that could sleep one as it is not a hide a bed and did not have sheets or blankets. The kitchen is only outfitted for four with plates silverware etc. no glasses only mugs and did not have a can opener, strainer for pasta or a peeler for veggies nor sharp knives or cutting boards. There were no sponges or any way to clean up after cooking. There are no chairs or a place to sit and eat so very difficult to have a meal as a family. Also no way to hang out downstairs as a family because the only place to sit was a couch (that was also the other bed) that sat three comfortably. There were no side lights in one of the bedrooms or downstairs, no coat hooks or rugs for wet feet. All the window coverings were sheer and the streetlights shined into the bedrooms. Not worth the price we paid. Really a just place to sleep.

Terrible

I reserved this rental in January for a weekend in May. On check-in day on Friday evening I was unable to contact the owner for the check in process. After multiple attempts and leaving multiple messages we had to find other arrangements for our weekend. Casey finally contacted me on Sunday morning to give me multiple excuses as to why we weren't able to check in or contact him at all. He did give a full refund. I don't recommend booking with this unprofessional and unprepared person.

This occurrence was completely unacceptable as we expressed when we realized the mistake that had been made. I immediately called the guest to express our apologies and send a full refund as the guest stated. Our team has implement new procedures and processes so this never happens again to a guest.
