It is centrally located and close to the marina for fishing and boating. It is clean and comfortable place for families and pets.

Unfortunately did not have a great stay here. The condo definitely needs more cleaning. There was a large stain right in the middle of the couch, so we did not even feel comfortable to relax in the living area. The shower did not drain properly, so we had to shower in standing water. If you have someone staying in the condo above you, be prepared to hear every footstep. I’m not exactly sure what the protocols are on smoking on the property but we must’ve had a neighbor smoking weed at night because it just filled our condo with the smell, really unpleasant. It would be nice if the back door would properly lock, rather than having a temporary type “fix” that blocks the door from opening at all. Considering that this issue was brought up in a previous review (I now see after our stay), I would think that the issue would have been resolved by now. This condo could be a decent stay, if changes are made.

Birthday Celebration

This property was very nice. It was clean and everything worked. The location was off the main drag but just a few minutes from all the shows and restaurants. I will stay here anytime I’m in Branson. Vacasa kept us updated regularly from initial contact until we departed. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Very clean

Our family loved this condo. We went to Silver Dollar City during our stay and it was an easy drive to the park. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The other units were all quiet. The only complaint we had was that AC units outside came on with a loud buzzing sound but we were able to ignore it.

Rocky start but turned great

We had initially booked another property in Fall Creek. We arrived at the other property the bed was broken and not repairable or sleepable. We waited 3 hours for another property and we finally got the Farmhouse. It was beautiful and clean and had a nice bed to sleep on. Loved it!

Fall Creek stay

We needed a fill in day while we waited for or room to be available. This unit served the purpose. It was very clean, but did have an overbearing odor of pine sol upon entry. After a few hours the smell seemed to subside. There were a few small bugs in the tub. I’m assuming because this unit is on the first floor it may have more problems with bugs than normal. Overall it was worth the money.

The bathroom had a smell, when I pulled back the shower curtain it was covered in mildew and in bad need of changing. There was also a dirty wash cloth left on the floor from the previous occupant.

Could have been better

Honestly could have been much better. Pet hair was everywhere: in bed, on linen & towels, on couch & chair, in washer & dryer. Delayed responses on issues from support. Once they responded it was helpful. Was provided with access to the housekeeping closet to change out our own linen as no one was available but only after the first night. Maintenance was not available for the issue is the patio door not locking. Could be a great place.

Needs some work!!

Needs new sheets and towels. Vertical blinds need fixing, closet and laundry door needs to be fixed. TV about the chair?? End of counter top needs to be fixed. Couch very uncomfortable. No railing in bathroom. No railing outside to get up steps. Needs a really good cleaning. Floors were dirty. Bugs everywhere. Needs some TLC.

Condo for Family of 4 -Branson

Overall very nice and clean condo close to main attractions in Branson. Nicely kept up main level condo. Dishes, towels, kitchen basics for cooking utensils provided. Kids slept on the couch pull out bed. It worked ok for them but not super comfortable. Good for kids probably but maybe not adults. Main bed was decent. There was also a roll away bed that we didn't use. Free washer and dryer in condo. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe. We went for a walk to the marina most mornings. Main negative for us was the fairly large amount of black dog hair on the sheets on the bed when we arrived. We have a dog but he doesn't shed so weren't used to that. I do think the sheets had been washed as we washed the sheets right away again but the hair still stuck. I would recommend bringing your own sheets or at least a lint roller. Otherwise the condo seemed hair free and clean. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it.

Nice 1 berm condo allows that dogs

Last minute trip to Branson had us looking for a place to stay that allowed our four legged babies. This place was great for everything we needed. Easy access, clear instructions and communication, great location just off the strip. A few minor things would make this better. First, there is no fan in the bedroom (ceiling or stand alone) which makes it very stuffy, the bed and pillows are not comfortable, and a full length mirror would be nice. Also, there are no “extras” in the kitchen. Not a big deal, but if you plan to do any cooking be sure to bring everything you need (oil, spices, foil, etc). The kitchen does have basic utensils and supplies which we made work for our short stay. Overall, no issues and would not hesitate to stay here again!
