Our goal for this vacation home is straightforward; to share our home with 6 to 10 groups each year who can appreciate the details and lengths we go to ensure that each group has a fantastic experience. Please understand that we will be fairly discerning in how we will allow our house to be enjoyed and we expect our guests to be respectful not only of the property, itself, but also to our neighbors. We value our relationship with our neighbors and, as such, do not allow large group events. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Located near the base of the ski area, this beautiful vacation home will create family memories for years to come. The attention to detail regarding both interior design and furnishings were chosen with our guests in mind. With stunning views of the mountain, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath property includes access to two hot tubs and a pool, just steps away from your front door. A private, heated garage with plenty of room for your gear will keep you prepared for the winter and summer activities that make Steamboat so unique!

The main floor has an open, inviting feel. Spectacular views of the mountain from the kitchen, dining area, and living room make this the space you'll find yourself gravitating to when you're not on the slopes. The large, open floor plan with light, hardwood floors throughout the main level will draw you in, with plenty of comfortable seating and a cozy gas log fireplace. A deck off the living room is the perfect space to take in the sights and sounds of Colorado. Complete with eight lounge chairs and a table with seating for 6, it's the ideal place to relax and recharge.

An expansive dining room table is the perfect place for gatherings and will seat up to 8pp. Paired with the kitchen island, the home has plenty of seating options. The kitchen features granite countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, above & below counter lighting, and a large seating area conducive for coffee in the morning or drinks at night. Fully stocked with everything you would need to make and serve gourmet meals, the kitchen will not disappoint even the most discriminating chef.

From the living room, a hallway connects to the queen bedroom on this floor. The attached full bathroom also houses the home’s laundry facilities. High-quality furnishings, mattresses, and linens throughout the house will ensure a great night's sleep.

The upstairs king bedroom features mountain views and it's gas fireplace and ski lodge-inspired motif will make you feel like you're always close to the slopes. The full bath has a more modern vibe with granite countertops, two vessel sinks, jacuzzi tub, private toilet, and separate shower.

Continuing down the stairs to the lower level, you'll find two secluded bedrooms, each with its own full bath. With its private location, the queen bedroom will be sought after by those in your group who like to retire early or those with small children who need a quiet space to 'get away from it all.' The final bedroom sleeps 2 in two twin beds and is the perfect spot for kids of all ages, inspiring great memories of staying up late, sharing tall tales, and strengthening family bonds.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and the five HDTVs are supported by Comcast cable.

Downtown Steamboat is just minutes away and packed with great restaurants, shops, galleries and museums. You'll discover plenty of locally-owned stores, farmer's markets, brew pubs, and watering holes nearby to visit and enjoy.

This is the perfect place to escape and relax.
