Wonderful quaint home. Perfect for a beach getaway. Close enough to town for essentials, yet far enough so the beach never felt crowded.

The property was just like advertised. It was equipped with everything you need. We usually bring coffee, filters, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher pods, this home had all this and more! The short path to the beach is steps away from the house. Just be sure to know that it is about 20 minutes from the main part of Galveston-Seawall. The owner was very responsive. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Beautiful beach house with a lovely beach view and quiet neighborhood...we enjoyed our get away so very much. The house had everything we needed and more...we hope to return in the future!

Our visit was more like a second home than a rental. And I’m pretty picky. The home is perfectly stocked with everything you need. It’s decorated beautifully. There’s plenty of seating on the deck and the view is spectacular. While there are people around even on a holiday weekend, it was not overcrowded. It lives up to all the reviews.

My family had a wonderful time and the host provided everything we needed for our vacation. The house is very nice and well furnished. The house was directly on the beach, so we were only steps from the beach.

Owners are very nice people. The home was modern and beautiful with a gorgeous view of the beach. They are thoughtful enough to have extra supplies for their guests and it was much appreciated! Lovely place that is designed with guests in mind.

Great experience staying at this house for a month. It is beautifully decorated, front row on the beach, and is stocked with everything you might need for your stay. Great communication with host before and during stay. We will definitely be returning.

Best Beach Rental Ever! This was the most beautiful home we’ve ever rented. Modern updates throughout. Cold, quiet AC. Powerful and plentiful hot water pressure. Kitchen stocked with everything needed for cooking our seafood dishes. Plenty of seating on the deck and under the house. Plenty of shade outside on the deck. Great views. Refreshing breeze. Great location, easy to find. Near the popular West End Marina & Restaurant and Seven Seas Grocery and gas station. Short walk to a quiet beach that is cleaned daily. The house was even cozy and quiet during a rain storm. Only recommendations are to add a crushed rock/gravel walking path from the concrete parking area to the bottom of the stairs. There were some ant piles we had to walk around. Also it would be great to add a chain link fence for a dog run next to the dunes and the side yard with a gate to the beach path and concrete under the house. Lastly, it would be nice if the landscaping crew could cut back the growth along the path all the way to the beach. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope we get to stay there again.

This is our 3rd stay here and we have enjoyed it every time. The house is a great set up for our family of 4 (with kids) plus extended family. Being right on the beach can’t be beat. The house has everything you need plus more. I don’t know how many times someone commented “this house has everything.” The house is always so clean and is exactly as pictured. The porch is a dreamy view of the beach and we try and spend as much time there as possible. We love that the location is further down the island in a quiet section. Look no further, just book this house! Can’t wait to be back!

My partner and I had an incredible stay at this Galveston home! The property was spotless upon arrival, and the 'perfect beach house' decor made it feel so welcoming. It is incredibly well-appointed with everything we could have needed, but the true highlights are the amazing views and the unbeatable proximity to the water.Being able to step out and be right at the water's edge made the experience truly special. Our host was also fantastic, providing great communication throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to rebooking!

Stayed here for a week after Thanksgiving. While the weather wasn’t great this beach house was. Very well fixed up, comfortable bed, well stocked with everything you might need, nice electric fireplace with heat, great unobstructed views, and close to the beach. Owner was amazing and responsive very interested in ensuring you have a great stay. Looking forward to staying here again.
