Beautiful mountain home nestled in the forest with stunning mountain views. Home sleeps 16 and features 3 stories, 6 bedrooms, and a secret gaming room. Gas fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, patio deck, on one private acre. Park and store your gear in the attached 4-car heated garage. Soak in the 8-person hot tub while enjoying mountain views. Underfloor radiant heating keeps yours toes toasty. Walking distance (5 minutes) to the ski/town shuttle. Only two miles from downtown Fraser and 10 minutes to Winter Park ski area.

Our 6-bedroom, three bath home offers a perfect setup for family reunions or vacations with multiple families.

FIRST FLOOR
Enter the home on this floor through the attached, heated garage.

This level has an office space, two bedrooms, and a full bath.

SECOND FLOOR
This floor has a large open-plan chef's kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a Viking gas stove, oven, microwave, double-drawer dishwasher, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, teakettle, and crock pot.

There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The counter island seats five and the dining table seats six.

The kitchen adjoins a spacious family room with numerous areas for your group to hang out, enjoy the panoramic views or watch TV.

This level has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room.

THIRD FLOOR
The top level of the house has a large primary bedroom with a private attached full bath.

This floor also has an additional tv room/games room for kids.

The house was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. The large kitchen and living room held us all comfortably. The beds were comfy and the location was ideal and close to town. We would definitely stay here again. Our hosts replied in a timely manor.

Family reunion

Overall, this was a great place for us. The kitchen is well equipped. The hot tub was in good shape. The sunset view was terrific. My only suggestion would be to sweep the garage and front patio.

Great time

Enjoyed everything about the house, the location and the atmosphere. We saw a real life Moose from close up and rode Gondolas to the top of mountains. A great time had by all.

Spacious cabin with beautiful views

We had a great time at the cabin with our friends. Great location, easy communication with the host, heated garage with is nice to park your car in cold snowy weather

Nice and Roomy

Rated one star shy of five because of a few repairs and upkeep needed. Main floor bathroom door lock did not work and the tub drain was clogged. The toilet seat in the master bath was was not secured and needed to be replaced. Most concerning was the black mold noted in the washing machine. With that said management was quick to respond and had maintenance personnel secure the toilet seat and unclog the bathtub drain. However the broken door lock to the bathroom and the black mold in washer was left unaddressed.

Beautiful location

The house was great for a large family gathering and the location was great. Just a couple suggestions, the pull cords on all the blinds are dangerous for little ones! Some hooks would be nice to be able to tie them up out of reach, the kitchen can use more cooking utensils and we could not get the upstairs tv’s to work. Also we were happy to take our shoes off, however the garage floor was so dirty needed a good sweeping that would ensure you are not tracking in the dirt. Overall it was very enjoyable.

Very Nice but had pet hair

This house was very clean and nice with a lot of space! However, When we got there a number of us started sneezing right away. Half of my family is allergic to dogs and cats. I did not see any pet hair until my son went to bed in room with balcony. There was white pet hair all throughout the blankets and sheets in that room. I did contact owner and asked if this was a pet friendly home as i had not seen that when we picked this house. He said no it was not. There were definitely pets in that house at some time. We had to wash sheets and throw blankets in dryer to get pet hair off just in that room. All in all a great place to vacation but did not enjoy being sick while there the whole weekend.

Great Place!

The house is very roomy and well a pointed. A great location for planning day trips or local hikes. Beautiful surroundings! It’s a quick 2 minute drive to the grocery store!

Very clean. Great location. Easy access to great bike and Jeep trails.

We had 3 families with kids of all ages. We loved our time there. Very clean even though a little older. We hit Rocky Mountain national park, mtb rides, Jeep trails, and Grand Lake. It is a great location to hit all these places.

What a view!

A beautiful home with a beautiful view! This home worked great for our family with 8 adults and 4 children (3-16). Plenty of room to eat and play together! It was well furnished and maintained. We would book it again if we return to the area.

great ski house

Our house had beautiful views, lots of bedrooms, a great open kitchen and dining room area, and a heated garage that made it convenient to dry off our skis each night. There was plentiful opportunity for the kids to go off to their own areas to play at night. We saw a moose and fox from multiple vantage points, as the house has many windows.
