Just a half-mile from Sugarbush Resort at Mt. Ellen, this home is ideal for a couple's ski-cation! You'll be surrounded by lush green trees, a shared pool(seasonal, open in Summer - around July) and a tennis court to enjoy during hot-weather months, and a lovely shared hot tub to soak in during winter afternoons (Columbus Day through March). After a fun day on the slopes, come home to hang out in the comfy living room and stream a good movie on the TV while the gas fireplace keeps everything toasty. The full kitchen has small and major appliances and ample countertop space to help you prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy your creation at the dining table or outside on the furnished back patio, then let the dishwasher knock out all the cleanup while you head out for a nice walk among the trees. Visit the shared game room to challenge someone to a foosball, shuffleboard, and Ping-Pong game. The home's free WiFi will make researching a fun new outdoor adventure easy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
