Private, Sun Filled, Amazing Location in Sagaponack

Amazing location!!! 3 miles to each of Sag Harbor town, Bridgehampton town, and Sagg Main Beach..
This light-filled four bedroom, four bath home with heated pool on 1.56 private acres offers 2,750+/-sq. ft. of space and many upgrades including new HVAC, new pool heater/ equipment, new roof, a full floor renovation, and more.
Open living areas includes a 3-exposure living room with fireplace, dining area with glass doors to the deck and pool area (both fenced) and kitchen with island seating and stainless appliances.
The master suite has a king bed, with glass shower and marble vanity. The 3 large additional bedrooms have queen size beds. As a bonus, there is a large additional den, separate office area, and laundry room.. Barbecue, entertain or dine al fresco on the deck, and enjoy the heated pool.
Additional amenities include a putting green, outdoor shower and gated yard. The pool will be closed for the winter starting September 29th

Perfect house for a family retreat

The house was perfect for our family of 6, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The pool, backyard, and deck are great for outdoor lounging and keeping the kids busy.

The house was clean and centrally located, which we great. The owner was quick to respond and check-in was easy. The only drawback was that it sits on a flight path, so planes were flying low and quite loudly and often throughout the day. We got used to it after a few days, but do wish this had been disclosed in advance as it scared our kids.

excellent summer stay

We spent one week in that nice and well fitted house in the middle of the woods. Beach is not far . Sag Harbor main street very close. The proximity of the airport is not a problem.

Awesome rental

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, would highly recommend this property. Zoya the owner is super nice, very accomodating, responding promptly and made sure our stay was perfect. The house is very well equipped and maintained, great pool and deck and very private. We hope to go back again soon. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Amazing stay

We had such a great stay at this perfect home! Well located and close to all the towns and private. So clean. Everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Pool was so fun and great for kids with the gate. AC worked great on hot days. Best part was the near instant and clear communication with the owner. We would certainly recommend and stay again!

Perfection

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at this house in Sag Harbor. The host was responsive and helpful, the house was so clean and well organized - we felt very taken care of from start to finish. The pool and deck are lovely with a fenced in lawn and gorgeous landscaping. Very private home with great access to both Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Sag Harbor

Had a great stay for an extended weekend with a couple of friends. House and pool are fantastic. There is even a Bluetooth speaker so that you have music at the pool. The planes to Southampton airport fly very low right over the house. It didn’t matter to us, but others might bothered.

Fantastic house and location

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Close to the beach and towns of Bridgehampton and Sag Harbour. Communication with host was easy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had a great time at this property. The hosts were always available and accommodating, and the check in process was seamless. The house is very clean and well maintained, and close to Sag and Bridgehampton. Very happy we booked it!

Relaxing retreat

Very well appointed and great secluded and quiet neighborhood. Quick to get to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton and the beach. Pool and grounds were great for sunning/relaxing. We had fun watching the planes coming in and out of the airport (none were at night/early morning). Easy check in and very communicative. Thanks for a wonderful time!
