Thieves!!

Filty nasty, first thing I walked in place was flooded. Host is not answering.. customers service from app can't issue a refund. Had to pay for a hotel. Really irresponsible for this app not to inspect property before advertising!!!!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

The place is cheap so I thought I would give it a chance. I arrived at 8pm to a large apartment complex with very poor signage and poor lighting. I messaged the host on the app twice stating that I was there and needed check in instructions since there were NONE ON THE LISTING. After no contact from the host for several minutes I left and got a hotel. 3 1/2 hours later the host replied to my message asking where I was. I said I left and got a room due to the lack of communication and check in instructions. The host literally told me the door was unlocked snd I was supposed to just walk in. It is absurd to think that a tenant should just open an unmarked door and just walk in. Absolutely not. Anyone could have entered the property while unlocked and unmonitored. The host has been a complete nightmare. They refuse to refund my $509 and after a dozen phone calls to Vrbo my only recourse is thru affirm. Vrbo cannot issue a refund the way Other sites that cannot be mentioned here can. THIS RENTAL WAS AND CONTINUES TO BE A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. This is a total scam.
