Welcome to your new home away from home! Please come in, relax, and enjoy this beautiful home. We offer all your basic amenities such as clean sheets and towels, bathroom supplies, coffee, some breakfast foods, and other various amenities all at your disposal!

Relax by the grill on the beautiful, private, backyard patio. Enjoy the comforts of our wonderful living room with WIFI and a smart TV!

Enjoy new pillow top and memory foam mattresses as well!
The space
This house is located just a few blocks from beautiful downtown Ponca City, it’s located very close to the P66 Refinery, just a couple of miles from the Marland Mansion, and so much more!

Great stay

The house was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Ponca City is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this house. The owner communicated well and there were no issues with my stay

Hidden Gem

Dad and I stayed here for Oklahoma St. game and wanted to stay outside of Stillwater. This is close to highways and overall a convenient location.

Nice, older house

Owner was great, and the property was clean, though a little in need of some minor repairs. The house is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, though that might just be the Ponca vibe. The security system and outdoor lighting were welcome additions.

Cozy home on Lake drive

The house is cozy and charming but could use a little clean up in backyard of trash, overgrowth and abundance of leaves for more curb appeal. Fixing cabinets in kitchen so they close and don't come off hinges would be good too. More than 2 large towels on hand would have been appreciated and inspection of locks on premises before our arrival. Beds were comfy and living area nice though fireplace did not work since batteries were dead and remote unopenable. New coffee maker is needed since one there did not work at times. Owner communicated well when issues arose though I kept some listed here to myself. Place is nice for the most part just could use a little maintenance.

Did not enjoy the experience at the VRBO. The decor was bad. No blow dryer, only one mirr

Will not return. Have stayed in better, cleaner, better decorated and better amenities for the same price or less. Someone’s clothes hanging in the closet was weird. Shower with mold. Bed not comfortable. No trash bags and only 3 coffee pods available. Neighborhood was not the best. Only one mirror makes getting ready very difficult. With some work and though put into the place would be great improvements but as it is not worth staying for me or my family.

Relaxing on Lake - Delightful While the Weather Outside is Frightful

This roomy, yet cozy, home was perfect for our winter holiday escape. We unintentionally put James through a test of flexibility and patience. He didn’t miss a beat. We had a last minute request to arrive a day early due to frightful weather. We called that morning. James was ready! With sparkling clean home just as listed. The security system was comforting and easy to operate. Some special features such a an electric fireplace and “ perfectly shaped and sized game/ dining table” enhanced our Christmas/New Years plans. The beds- clean and comfortable. The kitchen - clean, roomy and complete- including a beautiful gas range! The bathroom- clean and well stocked. The living room- clean, relaxing, fireplace and Smart TV. We enjoyed all the space and amenities as we “relaxed on Lake” enjoying NOT dealing with 3 days of cold/snowy weather. We even had a little excitement with the fire alarm (oven smoking from our dinner) and James handled it with respect and compassion as he talked us through disarming the alarm. We finally ventured out on the last day using James’ book for suggestions 
we enjoyed it all! (Especially SplatCat Painting) We plan to return. Thank you for “making” our Holiday Happy and Relaxing!

Great Place to Stay in Ponca City

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Ponca City. It was conveniently close to everything we needed and our host was great at checking in with us and keeping us informed of everything going on. We would definitely recommend staying here, we had everything we needed and more!
