Bienvenue dans notre appartement "Penthouse Coast Magic"
L'appartement "Penthouse Coast Charm" est situé dans le 3��me et 4��me Étage de la magie côtière de la maison achevée en 2016 à Strandpark Großenbrode. L'appartement est facilement accessible par ascenseur.
Sur environ 60 m², l'appartement offre le cadre idéal pour vos vacances et "mer".
La cuisine est équipée de toutes les aides de cuisine petites et grandes - plaques vitrocéramique, four, cafetière, bouilloire, micro-ondes, etc.
Pour une soirée détendue dans le salon TV ou dans le salon confortable ou pour compenser les averses de pluie mineures, vous avez une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur Blue-Ray, divers jeux de cartes et de cartes, le Wi-Fi et pour les "petits et grands joueurs" un PS 4 Sélection de livres. Pendant la saison plus froide / plus inconfortable, un verre de vin ou un verre de grog devant le po�����le pourrait avoir un meilleur goût.
Le visible depuis le salon, vue protégée sur le toit-terrasse sud / sud / ouest vous invite à vous attarder et permet par votre emplacement une agréable intimité.
La chambre spacieuse offre un "lit double" composé de deux lits simples (90x200) - que vous pouvez également séparer sur demande - ainsi qu'une commode et une armoire intégrée. Moderne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Ausstattung mit Möbeln gut. Elektrogeräte alle vorhandenen und in einem guten Zustand. Auch die Multimedia Ausstattung perfekt. Wlan dank separater Fritzbox sehr leistungsstark. Verbesserungs Möglichkeit sind Haltegriff und Ablage in der Dusche . Fahrradständer am Haus fehlen!
