*THIS IS NOT THE RENTAL FOR A PARTY WEEKEND. You will be asked to leave and forfeit your payment.
***Only registered guest allowed on property. Each guest must submit, valid government issued ID at least 3 days before arrival.
***If any item is left in the condo and has to be send via FedEx. there's a charge of $60. This covers the cost of shipping phones, EarPods, keys, chargers + gas fees. Any larger items will be charged accordingly.
