Spacious, lower-level 1 bedroom, bath & den area. Private, well-lit entrance and parking. Quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood that is great for walking. Close to all area colleges (10 mins to LU), hospitals, Blue Ridge Pkwy, Peaks of Otter, Bedford National D-Day Memorial, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, Historic Appomattox, Smith Mountain Lake, Golf Courses and newly renovated downtown Lynchburg. Walking trails and professionally designed disc golf course are literally in our back yard.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. The rental was spotless and mattress very comfortable. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, only a short drive to Liberty University. Would definitely stay again.

Great, convenient spot for Liberty visits


Visited Liberty with Daughter and had a great time. Nice and convenient for CFAW if you need that type of reference. Hosts are respectful and the place is very well maintained, safe and quiet. Great overall experience. Will be in touch again.

Excellent Location

Our stay was so wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed here. Extremely clean, wonderful neighborhood. The location was so perfect for us. The owners are wonderful to work with. Relaxed retreat for CFAW

We were in town for Liberty University’s CFAW event. This was a short drive and very relaxing for us to escape the busy schedule. The place was immaculate and quiet, yet had a warm welcoming feel. We hope to be back again!

Cozy, little spot

We came to the area for a college weekend visit. This was perfect. We really just needed a clean, safe place to shower and sleep. It was very close to Liberty University. The surrounding area was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. The owners were home, but they are quiet and available for answering questions, if needed.

Cozy beautiful stay

Perfect place for me

A quiet and peaceful apartment perfect for me. I was in the area to visit two of my adult kids and their families and this was right in the middle. The place had everything I needed and Jeff and Kelly were great hosts, easy to communicate with and even left special treats for me. I hope to be able to stay in their place again.
