Entire House 5 BR, 4 Bath, 2 kitchens home located on prestigious Princeton Ave in Brick. Only 3 blocks to the bay beach/9 house or 5 minute drive to one of brick beach. Be the first group to experience this space with room to sleep 10-14 people. Oh, don’t forget the in-ground pool. Plenty of unique spaces to work/play. Perfect for families as we have 2 pack-n-plays + toddler bed.

The space
5BR 4ba 2 kitchens w/ private pool! Master Bedroom has a private wood-burning fireplace, plus a bonus room. Two great living room spaces so everyone can spread out.

Great house!

House was clean! Pool & hot tub were amazing. Had a few questions during our stay, the owner was quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay away from the crazy pace of the shore. Close enough to enjoy the beach but far enough away for time out. Great pool! Quiet neighborhood.

Great Weekend at the Beach

The property was much bigger than we initially thought when renting it. It was clean and beautiful with a nice hot tub and pool.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had an amazing time enjoying Memorial Day weekend! The house was beautiful with an amazing backyard where we spent most of our time. Will 100% check this location first for any other trips down the shore!

Perfect family vacation.

This house was perfect for our whole family, from grandparents to infants, teens and millennials. The house is super well stocked. We usually stay closer to the beach but with the pool we barely left the house. Justin and Rachel were super helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful hosts, great experience

I wish all hosts were as welcoming and responsive as Justin. We had a plumbing issue around midnight the first day and not only did Justin respond and help us troubleshoot at night, he sent a plumber the following morning to take care of it. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Christmas Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property. It offers so much for the entire family and is close to everything. This time we decided to spend Christmas. We had a great time decorating the house and there was a perfect spot for the Christmas Tree and we enjoyed hot cocoa by the fireplace and dinners and games around the table. There was plenty of room to spread out for the entire family. Looking forward to our next trip in Summer.

Wonderful Family Friendly Home

So impressed with the communication and thoughtfulness of the owner. The property was just as described and our big group loved how well we all fit in the living space (and backyard pool). The listing does not do the pool area/backyard justice, it was a wonderful space. If you are traveling with young ones, the gates on the stairs were a welcome surprise.

Great place in Brick

This was a great house for our family of 10. Everyone had room to spread out. The 5th bedroom is actually a separate apartment (with a separate entrance but you can also get to it from the main house by going through the garage) but that actually worked out great for our adult son to stay in. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything we needed. Location is great- a block from Windward Beach and close to everything in Brick and Pt. Pleasant. Communication was awesome-- we had one problem with a smoke detector battery beeping and someone came right over to fix it. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Family just wanting to be together

I live in the area however after some deviating losses for our family and then selling of our family home we really didn’t have a space big enough for us all. We have some family that comes from out of town and 2 of those families just had babies, so a restaurant just wasn’t the feel. I came up with the idea of renting a house so we can just be together, relax, and truly enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. I am so happy we did. Everyone was pleased. The home was HUGE, clean, and cozy. The home owner was so quick to get back to me with any questions I had and very helpful. I 100% would recommend! Thank you for letting my family enjoy your space

family vacation

This is a great location and a spacious, clean house that is great for families. There are games in the closet for kids and, of course, the pool and hot tub for adults and kids to enjoy! The pool is large and relatively warm, and the hot tub was easy to use and set the temperature. The house is clean and with many bedrooms and bathrooms. There are actually two kitchens (which we didnt need, but nice for some families) one in the "mother in law" apartment downstairs and one upstairs. My dad uses a cane and has trouble with stairs which is why we booked this property, so he wouldn't have to go up stairs to the bedroom. We didnt get a chance to go to the Bay beach, but we drove about 20 min to Point Pleasant boardwalk which is basically a young child's wonderland -- rides, funhouse, games, beach, arcade, etc. We got delivery a couple of times and there are lots of options in the area.

Fantastic

I needed a getaway for a weekend and stayed at this house and it was PERFECT! Great rooms great pool great hot tub!! Went to the boardwalk one night and it was a 15 minute ride. Walked to the Windward Beach and was just lovely.
