Relax and enjoy all of the recreation activities this home has to offer! Located right on Halsey Lake, know for excellent fishing (panfish, walleye, northern, etc.), even off the end of the dock! Located right on the ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails and go anywhere right from the driveway! The water is crystal clear and you can swim right from shore without any muck or weeds!

Recently remodeled and updated, this home boasts lots of lake views, a large deck for relaxing and gathering, and canoes/kayaks for your enjoyment (yes, included!). Sit in the living room, or the walkout basement next to the wood fireplace and enjoy the views of the National Forest, which surrounds 70% of the lake. Loons are heard often, and deer travel through the property frequently.

Outside - Aside from fishing right from the dock, there are two canoes, peddle boat and paddle boards available for use (season appropriate). Life jackets and other water items are available as well. Grill is a gas grill. There is an outdoor firepit on the lakeside, hammock, and multiple indoor and outdoor games. Approximately 10 outdoor chairs are available as well.
