The Woodpecker Barn is a private casita featuring two master bedrooms / 2 bathrooms in the heart of The White Mountains of Arizona! Close to dining and unique adventures!

Bedroom One: California King Sleep Number mattress with a private bath and walk-in shower.

Bedroom Two: California King 12" Hybrid Gel Memory Foam mattress with a private bath and shower/tub combination.

The living room offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring all the White Mountains have to offer.

The dining room provides the perfect setting to enjoy meals, play cards, or work on a puzzle together.

The well-appointed full kitchen makes it easy to step into the role of your own master chef and create memorable meals during your stay.

Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or time with family and friends, the Woodpecker Barn Apartment offers a warm, welcoming space to make lasting memories.

What a nice stay!

John and Jennifer have a terrific apartment and we're wonderful hosts. It was nice seeing bluejays, woodpeckers and deer from the porch during our stay. All the amenities we're perfect. Can't wait to make another reservation with them in the future for this property.

Perfect mountain getaway!

The property did not disappoint. Every was perfect and all the good reviews about this property were spot on. John and Jennifer were great hosts and very friendly. This apartment has everything you would need from home with all the modern and updated amenities you would find in a brand new resort hotel. We will stay here again

A great Get Away in Show Low

This property and the hosts could not have been nicer. Slept our family of six without any issues! Super nice hosts as well that were more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! Cool area too, hikes and wooded area not more than 1/2 mile away. Overall 5 stars!

Such a lovely stay in a great cottage with very friendly hosts. They thought of everything in terms of what a guest might need or want. Went above and beyond to help celebrate a birthday. Highly recommend.

Great little cabin on a beautiful property.

You'll Love it!!! Took the family for yearly fishing trip and they fell in love with this beautiful property. Cabin is very spacious with a beautifully designed modern interior. Loved how peaceful the property felt especially around sunset when all the deer came to feed. This is our new go to spot.

Delightful property and owners

Jennifer and John were exceptional hosts--very friendly and helpful. Their property is beautiful inside and out. They thought of every possible need you may have--great kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture, deck with morning sun and a view of the deer and bird feeders. We saw deer several times. We plan to stay there again next year.

Lovely place in the pines

The unit was lovely and well appointed with everything we could need or want. I especially appreciated boxes of kleenex in each area! I bring my own on trips usually but didn't need them here. It is close to restaurants and shopping but still feels like the woods with deer and birds available for watching from the porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Best vacation rental ever!

I can't say enough about this vacation unit! The owners thought of everything. Sleep number beds, wonderfully equipped kitchen, very nice furniture, even hot chocolate mix to sip on and throw blankets for sitting on the porch swing watching the deer on the property. Owners met us in the driveway and helped carry suitcases in. The property is just off the main road but feels like out in the woods. Highly recommend this property!! It was perfect!

Great Barn Apartment

The host’s Jennifer and Jon were super nice and very welcoming. The apartment was very nice and filled with lots of amenities even extras like coffee and breakfast bars. Heated toilet seats A plus. It snowed pretty much the entire stay. Everyday Jon and Jennifer would come out and clear the snow off the driveway and the stairs leading to the front door I’m definitely going to rent again when I come to visit my family. I definitely would recommend you stay here! Very close to shops and restaurants.
