Guest return annually to this lovely condo for many reasons. The suite features an excellent view of the Gulf while being close enough to the water for guests to hear the sounds of the surf. The ample balcony is accessible from the primary bedroom and living room and has comfortable furniture that invites guests to linger. With two full baths, 311s offers everyone plenty of space to ready themselves for all that Wind Drift and the area have to offer. The full-sized washer and dryer and dishwasher make it easy to keep everything clean during your stay. Wind Drift is a place for the whole family to enjoy some fun and make delightful memories, and we're confident you will be one of the many who return again and again.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great memories made!

My family had a great time. We enjoyed the beach and pool. We loved drinking coffee on the balcony but we also enjoyed the balcony throughout the day. Very satisfied with the accommodations for the price. Would book again!

Perfect Beachfront Location

We enjoyed this spacious rental right on the beach. Third floor large balcony is just right for sitting and watching the dolphins. There is balcony access from the bedroom as well as the living room. This spot has everything we look for in a beach getaway. I hope we will be able to book this exact spot again in the future. Lovely, just perfect.

This unit was absolutely perfect for my daughter and me. The property borders a state park, so the beach is not crowded, the views are amazing, the sea turtles in one of the three protected nests actually hatched on our last night there, and we watched the volunteers use their flashlights to help guide them out to sea. The unit is not updated, but very comfortable. Take what you need though, because there are no spices, salt and pepper, coffee, etc. We hope to go back soon! Highly recommend!

Great view/quiet condo

The view of the beach was great and access to it was very easy. The best part is there is not any condos to the right of this property making for a good stretch of secluded beach.

Spring break family vacation

My sister and I brought our kids to spend a few days of spring break at the beach. We loved the location of the condo and that it was on the beach. The layout was great. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook some meals. We really enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Family week at Orange Beach

We love the location of this unit. It is nicely furnished and clean. The beach views can’t be beat! We found the kitchen to be minimally equipped for cooking and there was a scarcity of bedcovers, both of which contributed to a lower rating.

Amazing Spring Break For All!!

From the moment we walked into our condominium we were all taken back by the amazing views! The online description was completely accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. We will for sure be back next year to stay again!!!

Needs Major Updating

A prominent old and musty smell throughout the condo. Pictures do not match reality. Linens are thin and no extra blankets were provided. Marks on walls and stained cushions. The balcony and view are nice, but the balcony door doesn't lock. The condo building is nice with great beach access. I would not stay at this particular condo again.

Things to know before you go

We loved the location. The place is outdated, so don't expect what you see in the pictures. Don't expect a place that is very clean unless they change that in the future. Bring extra blankets for the beds. The swimming pool isn't very clean either. The building is being renovated (outside look), so hopefully they will work on everything else too. Unit 311 definitely needs improvements for the price that we paid. We will not return there, but we hope that our suggestions for improvements left privately will be taken into consideration.

Girls getaway

Had issues with the door not staying locked and had issues with the master bathroom faucet. Reported to host and didn’t get response until after I was home which was days later from reporting it.

In need of some repairs

The home is in a great location, however it really needs updated and repaired. Both faucets in the bathroom tubs were in such bad shape the water sprayed out the front. The balcony furniture is broken and tried to be covered by cushions. The cabinets in the kitchen had food where you grab to open them along of edge. I was kinda disappointed, since we use vacasa to book our vacations.

The condo was clean but everything very out dated.

The condo was clean and well equipped but bathrooms and kitchen were in desperate need of updates. Actually the entire condo needed updating with paint and furniture. The living room had too much furniture. You could hear noise from unit above us. Some of the ceiling lights did not work.

Huge parking problem have to park across the street. Condo needs repairs/updating. No info left regarding operation of TV or WI-FI had to call agency. Still couldn’t get bedroom TVs to work. Guest bedroom noisy from bridge traffic & annoying outside light. Great balcony and views, just steps from beach!
