This lovely sixth-floor resort condo is the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation by the Gulf of Mexico! When you're not taking those romantic walks along the shoreline or hanging out by the resort's shared pool, you can watch your favorite movies and shows on the suite's TV while enjoying a delicious meal prepared in the full kitchen. Use the free WiFi to research a fun outdoor adventure or post a good selfie to your social media.

Nice getaway

The condo was fine however, I will not stay there again and will not recommend due to parking issue. The parking lot was full. So we had to find a parking area nearby, pay for parking, and then walk back to the condo

Not enough parking

They don’t have enough parking places for the condo guest, even with a 2 car maximum. We had to pay to park across the street at the Fairfield Inn. It was extremely inconvenient and not properly explained in the booking listing. We won’t choose this condo again, which is unfortunate, because the condo itself is nice and we enjoyed everything else about this place.

Great Location

Nice size property, great location. Needed to call back for additional cleaning - the property manager was very quick to respond and setup the additional cleaning. Parking is an issue due to space - I recommend only providing guests with 1 parking pass and adding directions for additional parking.

Would definitely recommend!

The space was perfect for me, my husband and his mom and mine as well! They are elderly and two of the three full baths had a walk in shower which was great! The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space to sit! The view was amazing from the balcony, and the location was conveniently located near Walmart and other restaurants and stores. We enjoyed everything about the condo! Over all, our stay was amazing! The only negative was that there were only 6 bath towels in the whole condo, which wasn’t a huge deal for us since there was only 4 of us, but it would have been nice to have had at least two towels per person.

Don't stay here, it's the worst!!!

Our week started by getting locked in our room due to an inproperly installed deadbolt. And only went downhill from there! I will be connecting VRBO because I do not feel like this property is the type you want to be associated with.

NO PARKING

I had to PAY EXTRA TO PARK is unbelievable to park across the road buildings over at the FAIRFIELD INN MY VEHICLE A MILE AWAY STUPID! IVE stayed many many many times and places i had a parking space ALWAYS! Stayed in many condos down that same road! HAVE to walk anywhere to have a parking space!

Need of updates/ repairs

Okay honest review here: when we arrived at the condo I was disappointed! Place smelled of mildew and lots of visible damage ( vents rusty, couch broke down, holes in the wall behind the headboard, light bulbs needed to be replaced, ect. The indoor is not heated as described in details. The last time we stay at the Enclave, we had such a great experience I thought surely it would be the same. However the condo we were in was in need of someTCL. I think these are owned by separate individuals ( explains why the first experience was great and this one not so much, but it was cheaper so I guess for the price it was doable. We still had a great time just being at the beach and spending time with family! Definitely won’t be staying here again though I’m certain this unit was owned by an older couple or someone that doesn’t have the funds to update.

SO disappointing, hot, poorly maintained

This unit was so poorly maintained! The AC wouldn’t get below 74 or 75 which made sleeping miserable. Mattresses awful, mildew in bathrooms and on ceilings in multiple rooms. Coffee pot broke halfway through stay. Called 4x, texted as well. NO ONE EVER HELPED US. Finally, on our last day, Alisa with Vacasa told me that our issues had all been referred, unfortunately, to a person who is no longer with that local team. So ultimately, my complaints fell on deaf ears and no one addressed anything. Oh, and there was an actual key and rusty lock on our unit - no updated push-button lock! Who wants to carry a key to the beach?? This unit has so many problems, they ought to be ashamed to rent it. Won’t go back and don’t recommend. Sorry, but it is what it is.

Great place for girlfriends!

Perfect beach location, view of the beach from the balcony. There were six of us and all enjoyed the unit and the the amenities! We would all go back anytime.
