Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is a great location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The sofa is getting worn and there were no blankets in either bedroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view from the balcony is gulf front and gorgeous.

Great condo with comfortable beds. Good kitchen appliances. Very clean. Nice patio and patio furniture. We loved our stay and we would definitely book this condo again.

It was ok

Reviews were accurate- unit was very outdated and kind of smelled. The unit is on the 5th floor and right on the beach so the balcony was beautiful and views are amazing! It was close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc which was great. We won’t be back to this unit but loved the location/ beach!

It was okay.

This unit suited our purposes as it had a nice balcony that overlooked the beach and was close to the beach. The unit was okay it could have been a little cleaner and there were some repairs that need made to the unit.

It could be a nice condo but needs a thorough cleaning and lots of maintenance. There was mold in the bathrooms, vents dirty, carpet very dirty, molding loose. It was disappointing

Great Beachside Condos

I always enjoy staying at Seaside Beach and Racquet condos in Orange Beach. This unit was clean and had everything my friend and I needed for an enjoyable extended weekend visit. It is in a good location and has lots of great amenities. Most of the condos offer balconies with amazing views of the Gulf. Seaside has two outdoor pools and an indoor pool as well. You also have two private beach access walkways which are gated/coded to prevent anyone entering who isn’t staying onsite. Tennis courts are available as well as a workout room, a sauna and a steam room. I will say I think these condos are a “hit or miss” based on the owners. Please read the reviews. This condo was clean and in good shape with granite countertops and updated appliances. I stayed at these condos in October in a different unit which needed updating and deep cleaning.

Property management was no responding on date of checkin. Difficulty in finding the unit number in confirmation. Had to go back to VRBO for the unit number Property was unclean - stove was not clean, floors and furniture were sandy from last tnants- not vacuumed. Carpets , floors, grout, baseboards need cleaning badly.

Condo was clean and unkept. The balcony was nice and had a great unobstructed view. The indoor pool was nice for the windy and rainy days. Would stay again for sure.

Where is indoor pool

Took 2 days to find the indoor pool. Weather was rainy and we wanted to use the pool. Management didn’t know where it was. This information should have been inside the residence. Would have been nice to have an ink pen, don’t always carry with me on vacation.
