Great location and nice place

The location is steps from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few cosmetic issues with some things, but overall a good place to stay for a long weekend at the beach.

The place was nice and convenient to restaurants and stores. The beach was nice and had chairs and umbrella rentals. The condo was clean and price was reasonable too.

Great Location

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Security was a constant presence which was very nice. Condo was clean all amenities were there. Towels, sheets, a starter kit for dishes, laundry & bathing products. 2 balconies one in master bedroom overlooking beach & other located at dining area overlooking pool & road. Would definitely recommend. Will be staying again!

Not updated, which I’m sure made it more affordable. But, that also made it perfect! Very clean, room and grounds. Everything in great condition. Easy access to everything. We fully expect to come back next year!

Nice Stay

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a blast! It was clean and located where you could view the ocean off one balcony and the pool from the other. The proximity to the beach is great and has hose setup to wash off the sand. Beach & water are super clean. The complex has multiple carts to assist with your luggage & the place is conveniently located. Very family friendly. I’ll be bringing my grandsons next time!

We loved it!

Stay: two nights # of ppl: 3 (one adult, 2 teens) We enjoyed our stay in this condo! Pros: clean, smelled fine, easy access to beach, easy walk up to first floor, convenient parking, nice size pool, great location, two beach chairs and beach toys in closet. Cons: limited view of beach Note: There was blanket for LR sleeper sofa (we didn’t use the sheets, pillow or mattress cover provided tho) We would recommend this unit for sure!

Great Fall Beach trip

This unit is in a great location. We were on the 1st floor so it was easy access in and out without having to use the elevators. The beach is beautiful at this location. The unit is dated, but very functional. We loved the beach side and pool side balconies. I did learn a valuable lesson. I could have booked directly through Vacasa and saved the VRBO fees. I will not make this mistake again

El lugar, excelente por todo lo que tienes cerca y mås que vas y vienes caminando ala playa. El departamento; las percianas no abren y estån igual que algunas playas artificiales llenas de pólvo, la tina del baño estanca el agua cada que se baña uno! El refrigerador quebrado de la agarradera donde se abre! Y el aire acondicionado un tremendo ruido! Que no deja dormir . Pequeñas cosas que arreglar y excelente lugar,muy recomendable por el årea , departamento 160.

Never Again

Where should I start? Moments after we walk in a maintenance man comes to fix the garbage disposal he couldn't fix. While there we find the soap dish and tiles in the shower are gone, toilet paper holder falls off the cabinet, toilet seat has to be put back on and a wood stool completely collapses under my 130lbs 14yo while sitting on it. The maintenance guy fixes all but the shower and shows that several pieces of ther wood was missing from stool. Here leaves and says someone will be back the next day to replace the garbage disposal not to use the right side of the sink. There were no blankets for the hide a bed. No pillow cases on any of the pillows which would have been ok if it weren't for the fact they looked like they'd been urinated on. We went out and bought pillows and blankets. The place was filthy. Dust, sand, and splatter. The next day we get a call saying they are going to get the bugs we called about it wasn't us but gross. We asked about the garbage disposal and none of the remotes had any batteries. No one ever fixed the disposal the entire trip and the room smelled like fish due to the sink back up. When we did see people cleaning other rooms it appears that they were approx. 10yo. Which would explain the cleanliness or lack of. Not sure what child labor laws are in Alabama.

This property is in a great location. It was easy to find and clean. Easy parking, and close to everything. We walked everywhere. 2 nice balconies. Didn't need anything else.
