While the condo's location gives you the flexibility to enjoy all there is to do on the Gulf Coast, you'll want to take time to relax at your condo.

Enjoy your own private balcony as you gaze at the surf and sand below. Be sure to watch for dolphins frolicking in the Gulf. Or, let the kids blow off some steam at the outdoor pool as you lounge around and read that book you've been trying to get to for the past several months.

Want to build the coolest sandcastle around? Call our friends at Sandcastle University for a sandcastle-building lesson. They'll come to beachfront at Island Shores and bring all the tools and buckets you'll need. All you have to do is supply the creativity and the hands to construct your masterpiece!

At Island Shores, you'll enjoy the solitude of your two- or three-bedroom condo, complete with private balcony, without sacrificing all the fun of being in the middle of the excitement of delicious restaurants, amusing attractions and beach shopping.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was a breeze from booking to checking in & check out. They had everything needed & more. It is only a few steps away from the beach. The rooms, bathrooms & kitchen had everything needed. They even have sand toys for the beach. Umbrellas on balcony to bring down to the beach. Everything needed was here. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Pretty decors, nice rooms, great view!

We really enjoyed the view from this room. Beach was right in front of the condo, some restaurants were in walking distance, and peopld staying there were friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much. The building itself was old but it was well maintained, had no trouble during our stay.

Beach view

The view was amazing and it’s a very convenient location to shopping and food, especially Sea-N-Suds which is one of our favorites. The only thing I did not like I that there is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms and it’s very hard to see. We will book again.

Condo in need of update

The condo is older and in need of repair. The door to the middle bedroom is broken on the bottom and looks terrible. The hall bathroom was not cleaned well. Mold on the vent and the shower and floor had hair on it. It needed to be swept but I couldn’t find a broom. The bed was as hard as a brick. I really think I should be reimbursed for some of the cleaning fee, since I had to clean some of it myself with the vacuum in the closet.

Island shore 359

Great few, liked being on the 3rd level, good water pressure in shower, however the toilet handle was broken and we had to fix, the ice maker did not work, beds was not comfortable, and we found old beer cans in the dresser in one of the rooms, also the door was hard to lock you have to wiggle the handle to be able to lock the door when you leave each day. Wasn’t a fan of the pool being on the roadside. But we still had a great time! Close to the beach.

No no no.... Please update

This was extremely disappointing. I rented it for some friends as we own a place in the next-door building. Can I just say wow wow wow... The musty stinking smell was almost to the point I wanted to cancel and tell you all to forget it. The walls look like no one has cleaned them in years...... The furniture and carpet are horrible and smell. Please update this before renting to anyone else. It's disgusting..... I am still apologizing to my friends for making them stay there and in hindsight should not have....

Weekend getaway

Overall, we had a great weekend on the beach. We arrived at our 4:00 check in. Unfortunately, the condo was not cleaned from the previous guest stay. I called Vacasa to inform them and let them know we needed a parking pass. The call rep was not very friendly or helpful, but they did have someone out within an hour to clean the room. I called a second time to inquire about the parking pass and this time we had a much better experience. I let them know that security stated we had to have a parking pass and house cleaning did not leave it in the room. By the way, the security guard was awesome. We ended up driving to their location in town to get the parking pass. Other than this, we had a great time. The condo is older, so some of the flaws with condo is expected. Everything in the condo worked as expected and we had a great view of the beach. We do wish Vacasa would have giving us some type of discount due to the inconvenience, but this was never offered.

Filthy, ice maker does not work......frustrating

The condo was filthy upon arrival. There was sand all over the floors, carpets and countertops. The bathroom vanities and toilets were clean but the floor was sandy and showers/tubs had not ben cleaned in some time. The kitchen sink was dirty, also not cleaned in a while. There was a busted chair on the balcony and MANY sand toys, beach chairs, etc.. piled up taking up a good portion of the balcony. The ice maker in the freezer was not operating, I reported it and the filth immediately upon arrival, said it would be on a "service ticket" and resolved as quickly as possible. I mentioned I vacuumed and wiped counters down myself as I couldn't wait on that to be done................ice maker NEVER got repaired. We had to buy $5 /16lb bag of ice that took up almost the whole freezer, COMPLETELY INCONVENIENT !!!!! I would like a portion of the cost of staying here refunded because all the "amenities" were not available to what your website claimed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honest review of island shore 359

Chair on Deck is broken and needs to be thrown away, all the remotes for Audio visual equipment need new batteries, ice maker doesn't work, cabinets missing knobs, queen beds have twin sheets that were put on sideways, no extra sheets for pull out sofa, light bulbs burnt out, two rolls of toilet paper and two bars of soap for 4 people for 6 might stay, guest bedroom is extremely small and over crowded with bed. not sure how you could possibly sleep 6 people. Screen on patio widow has several golf ball size holes and ceiling show signs of water damage which looks poorly repaired. Condo Moderately clean. We had a good time but the little things mentioned above really hurt this property and description of property is very oversold. Ok place for the price but unit is in need of some renovation.

It was convenient for beach access & room enough for us to sleep

Had to wash dishes as they were needed because they were all dirty, there was not rest rooms downstairs, & pool was on street side instead of ocean view side. But it worked for family time.

Clean, comfortable and on the beach

This condo was perfect for my friend and me. Clean, quiet (except for the daily early garbage pickup but that’s beyond your cont) and walking distance to everything we wanted to do or see. Beautiful views!

Good location

The physical location of the condo is great. Vacasa is the rental agency and they are non responsive, completely horrible. As far as the condo, I wouldn’t recommend…at all.

Winter Get Away

Loved that we could sit on our balcony and enjoy people watching. First time ever staying that close to the ocean and it was amazing. All of the staff of Vacasa went above and beyond in meeting our expectations and would definitely recommend them.
