Sea Pines Village is a townhouse community located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway just off Jefferson Bridge Road and Pennsylvania Avenue between Bethany and South Bethany Beach. Take advantage of the nearby boardwalk and ocean or relax at the pool. Located just outside the Bethany Beach Town limits so no community tax is required. No pets please. All properties have a spiral staircase.

This Oceanside townhouse offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Level one offers sunken living room, kitchen, dining area, powder room and patio. Level two offers two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an upper deck and laundry closet.

Great home base

We really didn’t spend a ton of time on property because it’s so perfectly located. Walking distance to putt putt, restaurants, and the beach.

The circular staircase is not for older renters. But the house overall was actually more than I expected.

Great location

The decor was a little outdated and the spiral staircase is a challenge to climb with luggage. silverware not clean and dirty towels in the washer. Construction on outside being worked on during our stay. Pool was nice and short walk to boardwalk and beach. Very convenient.

Easy walk to the beach

Great location, short walk to Bethany Beach and some restaurants. Just enough room for our family of 4. Reasonably well stocked kitchen, although could use more cleaning supplies. It does include beach chairs and a few beach toys. Enjoyed the balcony. Our only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and could use an upgrade.

Quiet community. Good location. Air conditioning broken upon our arrival and took almost 24 hours to fix. In the middle of a heat wave. Asked for a refund for one night due to temp being over 80 in the house and children being present. It’s been 3 days and haven’t heard back. Spiral staircase is a menace. Would not book with Vacasa again.

Very nice rental.

The property was exactly as advertized. Very clean and close to public access to the beach. The pool was good as well. Had some problems with the door lock. The battery was dying making it difficult to access the home. Rental agency was not helpful with this. Ended up buying a battery so we wouldn't get locked out. Requested extra towels and they were delivered inside the unit while we slept. Did not feel very safe after that. Overall the experience was good but I would not rent this one again due to the spiral staircase.

Perfect Place for us

We have stayed at Sea Pines twice now. It is absolutely perfect for us. The condos have everything we need for a comfortable stay and the pool is fabulous. It’s just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. I don’t think we would ever stay anywhere else in Bethany!

Amazing time

I was a little bit weary of coming here because it was the least reviewed. But this place was amazing! I absolutely love the spiral staircase it is so spacious upstairs and downstairs. It’s literally so close to beach and the boardwalk. Not to mention how clean the place was . Will definitely book to stay here again!
