A communication issue with our management team meant the property was not fully prepared upon your arrival — something we take full responsibility for. Once we became aware, we immediately offered a one-night refund and arranged cleaning services as quickly as possible. While we understand you chose to leave — which is completely your right — we want to note that a resolution had been offered and was in progress. As a small business, we still incurred costs for the remainder of the booking, yet we offered to cover half your stay out of goodwill. Ultimately, a full refund was issued.
