Welcome to The Baywatch complex! This family-friendly complex grants guests access to incredible shared amenities, including two outdoor pools and a kiddie pool! This sensational condo is exactly the perfect home away from home for your next family vacation–it’s complete with a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony with an outdoor dining area and water views, an on-site washer/dryer, central A/C and free WiFi throughout, and an inviting living area with a large flatscreen TV with cable.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Walked in and the place looked great, but noticed a urine smell which was very strong in the bathroom. We reported this but no one came in to properly mop the floor. There was also hair on the floor. The bedroom with twin beds were’t real beds, but fold up beds. The bedroom in the master was so hard we might as well have been sleeping on plywood. Went to make coffee, opened the basket, and it was full of coffee grounds covered in mold.We’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs, but for this one, instead of just going directly to the unit, we had to go to the Vacasa office at 4:00 to pick up our check-in packet before then driving 40 blocks to our unit, which was a real pain.As I’ve said, we’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this is only the second time I’ve written a review (the other one was for an exceptionally good property). I’ve never been as disappointed as I was with this unit.

Great Location / Property - Not clean

This is our second year staying in this condo, and we love the community and location. However, this time the condo wasn't cleaned well at all. We contacted the property management company several times and even provided pictures, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address the issue. This was disappointing, especially since we didn't have this problem last year.

Lovely View and Location but Needs A Little Work

Beautiful view, nice amenities and spacious upgraded kitchen. Perfect for a family with small kids. I generally recommend, but there does need to be some attention done to the guest bathroom, which needed cleaning and some plumbing help.

Solid place

Everything was functional. Great location. Small nits about a bag of linens being left out front (which I assumed for pickup). Two keys were different (one only was supposed to go in 90% of way to open door), broken screen door but nome of these caused any sort of issue with our stay, which was great.

Girls trip

Loved the location!! Could have been a little bit cleaner but not horrible! Very nice accommodations for sure! Want to stay there again next year! But a side note, the living room is very large and could use a larger tv! Especially for us older folks! Thanks so much see you next year!

Great condo for a family

Our family loved the location on a canal, views from the spacious updated deck and 2 community pools plus a baby pool perfect for our granddaughter! We will definitely be renting this unit again!

Non relaxing vacation

Had trouble locating property. Vacasa was absolutely no help in locating the property. Dishwasher never worked. Called the second day of our vacation and someone finally showed up on the day before we had to leave, Friday afternoon. A large bag of clean linens were left at our door, which we never ordered and never used.

Nice bayside condo

This condo was nice for my husband and 3 of our grown children. Great view! Unfortunately, the cleaning service that was hired did not sweep or vacuum leaving hair and dust on all floor surfaces. The bathrooms were not the cleanest either. We were left with 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days and 6 individuals and no replacement trash bags or paper towels.
