Right on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Yachtsman Resort is an oceanfront treat that won't break the budget! You'll be in the heart of everything--restaurants, amusement parks, and bars are all at your doorstep.

The space: This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps 4 guests. Your stay includes one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa/queen murphy bed that folds down from the wall. The bathroom has a large whirlpool tub. Please note, there is NO BALCONY, though the photos give the illusion of a balcony. Parking and Wi-Fi are included.

Guest Areas: Enjoy the beautiful patio with heated outdoor pools, hot tubs, a children's pool, shuffleboard, and a picnic area with BBQ grills. If it's raining, take advantage of the indoor pool. The activities desk offers access to discounted tee times and tickets to area shows and attractions.

Please note: the Yachtsman requires a $200 Refundable Security Deposit upon check-in. The security deposit is refundable after an inspection of the room is completed, after check-out.

This had to be the worse Vrbo I have ever stayed at. The previous reviews about it were correct. The room was not a cozy one bedroom condo at all! The air conditioner had my entire family sick. We all woke up the very next day with stuffy noses from breathing the air. We chose to cut the air conditioner off and kept the sliding glass door open in order to get fresh air. The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was even worse. It was hard as a rock. We had to get sheets from the front desk to cover it up. Once we pulled from the wall, we noticed that the carpet was missing from the floor behind the sofa and the wall behind it had holes in it. The carpet was old, dirty, and smelly. We kept our shoes on constantly. The only good thing about this cozy. One bedroom condo was that it was close to the pavilion area. I would not recommend this condo to anyone and will not be going back there again.
Floor behind the “sleeper sofa”. No mattress just hard and dirty cushions. Had to request sheets from front desk. Very uncomfortable to sleep on!
This was a panel in the ceiling that was located near the rusted air vent. It was dripping water from it onto the carpet below informed the front desk about it, and was told they would tell maintenance about it.
This is the vent in the hallway that was rusted and had and filter in it that was smaller than the vent. We chose to cut the air off and left the sliding door open in order to get fresh air. My two grandchildren both woke up with stuffy nose

Decent sized room for me and my husband, and, we could have brought our son and still felt comfortable as they had a nice size Murphy bed. Great oceanfront views and close to everything!

Disappointing

Location and view was perfect. BUT- upon arrival there was black curly body hairs from previous tenants all over the bathroom, sand all over the shelves, unit smells like cigarettes and unclean carpets and musty furniture, the furniture has not been cleaned in god knows how long, and uncomfortable- the walls were filthy, random holes in walls, ceiling in hallway looks like mold is growing, AC is virtually non-existent making it extremely uncomfortable and you’ll be sweaty instantly with whatever you do inside the unit, the staff are not friendly at this location, very short and un-welcoming, house keeping did not happen, so we received no clean towels or linen during our stay. Perfect location and the view was amazing, easy access to the entire strip- but don’t come here if you’re looking for cleanliness and romance. This spot is for party-goers.

Un safe place worse experience

The room smells cigarette bad smell when I try to take shower all water pure outside had to mop with paper towels could open the door the elevator was not working these night feel very un safe place to stay it was one of my worse experiences and then try to charge extra money when I arrived on there because if we didn’t leave things where they want. When on the app doesn’t said anything about that. I was ready to cancel but need to wait to get my money I gave them plus the reservation. Smell tabaco and other bad smells. I was ready to cancel if wouldn’t because I have to drive 8 hours. But I can’t unpack anything in there
