This cottage is set in the beautiful Breton countryside with a games barn, 5mtr x 10mtr heated outdoor swimming pool and a pottery/craft studio. Nearby bars and restaurants, beaches within easy reach. Free Wifi. English & French Satellite TV. Laundry Facilities.
Laurel Cottage has three comfortable, carpeted bedrooms. Open plan living area. Fully fitted & equipped kitchen. Family bathroom & en suite wash room. Outside private sitting area with barbecue.
Laurel Cottage has three comfortable, fully carpeted bedrooms with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is an extra large room with two double beds and has extra space for another single and/or cot.
There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 3 also has an en suite wash room with a toilet and wash basin.
Downstairs is an open plan living area that has a comfortable sitting area with two sofas, coffee table, satellite television (with English & French freeview channels) and a DVD player. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen area which has a gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, electric toaster and a filter coffee maker.
Outside is a sitting area with patio table, chairs, sun umberella and a barbecue.
All beds will be made up ready for your arrival and we provide a bath towel for each guest. The towels are for interior use only so you will need to bring your own pool/beach towels.
Our Guests are welcome to use all of the facilities including the rear garden but please note that the swimming pool is open from the middle of May until the end of September.
We welcome well behaved pets at a small additional charge of 10 Euros per pet, per night, payable upon arrival.
We do have our own animals including a few dogs and several cats so our guests are also welcome to bring their pets so long as they are well behaved and kept under control at all times.
Between the months of September to May any heating used is an additional charge. There are oil fired central heating radiators on the ground floor and in the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor of this cottage. There is also a log burner on the ground floor, logs can be purchased for 10 Euros per basket.
Electricity is charged separately. There is an electricity meter in this cottage which will be read on the day of arrival and the day before departure. The electricity is charged at exactly the same rate as we pay our electricity supplier, we make no profit on this, and it is payable prior to departure.
