The condo features 2 bedrooms w/queen beds, 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed, balcony, & reserved parking for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and community pool. This unit is perfect for your time in Scottsdale equipped with complementary coffee.

- Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

- Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. Scottsdale, baseball, food, and drinks

It was a wonderful stay located close to all Scottsdale bars restaurants and the ballpark. The condo was stalked with everything you need for daily living. There was a pool and grilling area. We walked to most places we wanted to go to. Check in and out was easy. We had a great time!!! Thank you.

This condo was fine for what we needed. It was clean and well equipped. The area doesn't feel the safest. We walked to Old Town during the day, but always ubered during the night. For what we needed, (girls trip during the WM Open and the Super Bowl), it was fine. Easy access to all of Scottsdale's great restaurants and shopping. The owners were responsive with their communication.

Stay at condo near Old Scottsdale

We liked the location, it was close to everything. We found out the air conditioner wasn't turned on yet in the complex, so the first 2 days of stay were a little uncomfortable. Luckily there were fans in the bedrooms and living room. We also couldn't find extra towels and wash cloths, until we looked in dryer and found them there. The pool wasn't opened yet either. The complex was nice and quiet. We were supposed to leave dirty towels in laundry baskets, but didn't find any, so we left them on top of dryer.

Needs some work

- [ ] The place has potential for a nice place to stay but missed the mark. By a lot. The first problem was we were not given the right access code to get in and then got locked out. So we contacted owner and got in but then it was 4:30 pm and check in was 4:00 pm and place was not cleaned yet from previous guests. We put on swimwear and went and hung out at pool and put our suitcases back in our car and called again to share the news about needing cleaning. But calling owner back did not work well as he did not answer and his message box was full. So I messaged him in the Vrbo app and texted him. Many minutes passed by and did not hear anything from him. After 45 min we had not heard anything about the cleaning status. I tried calling again and he answered and said the cleaner was there and will be quick. Ugh I did not say it but was hoping for clean AND quick. But that was not the case. It did not smell clean. The dog hair was vacuumed but was not that clean. Dishes were in the dishwasher. The soap did not dissolve in it so question if it works. The place could use a deep clean! The top of fridge has not been cleaned in a LONG time. There was a broken water container with a filter sitting in the fridge. Gross. The sink drain in my bathroom would just close on its own and not stay open so I had to pop that out for my stay. Has two little cute decks but one deck had a chair back all ripped out. It was very clean and nice inside. Didn’t feel like it was within safe walking distance to anywhere though. To be fair though, we ubered a lot of places.

Great Condo in Convenient Location!

Great location in Old Town - close to many restaurants/bars and shopping. Owners are very responsive! Kitchen was stocked with all the little extras - coffee, creamers, spices, saran wrap, aluminum foil. Plenty of room to spread out and lovely little outside balcony to have morning coffee.

Great location!

Nice spot, convenient to Old Town and other attractions. Very easy to get in and out, good space, secure. Would book again!
