This fully renovated condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and overlooks the Christiansted Harbor. The condo community offers two pools, a tennis court, and a manned security hut. The condo is located near restaurants, shops, a grocery store, Altona Lagoon Beach and Christiansted. Enjoy Caribbean breezes and spectacular views from the large covered porch. If you want to cool off, enjoy the AC throughout this completely updated condo. The condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped---blender, wine cooler, coffee maker, pot, pans, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have been completely renovated. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, paper products and hair dryers are provided. No need to worry in power outages, this property has a fully automatic generator. This property is great for a girl's weekend, a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or business trip. We hope to host you soon! Very large and newly renovated unit. Excellent value for the rent! Very quiet and conveniently located. Will stay again for sure.

Awesome Vacation

The unit has a wonderful view of the Bay. We enjoyed watching the boats and seeing the beautiful water everyday. Everything we needed was available in the unit and Kat our host answered every question promptly. Looking forward to our next trip there.

We had a great stay in St. Croix. Communication with Kat was great and the house was outfitted with everything you could possibly need. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Every Way!

This is a true home away from home! Waking up each morning to a spectacular view - ferry entering the harbor and the morning sea planes taking off. You feel like a part of this island! And you you are above it all, in the quiet watching life unfold! The place serves up such cool reminders that we are indeed in the Caribbean. Everything we could ever want was provided (in pristine condition) - lovingly prepared. Our host, Kat, really cared for us and we felt it! Outdoor living on the "gallery" (lanai) was such a treat and - wow - there is great snorkle gear provided in the outdoor box (saves a lot of $$$ in rental fees). This was a huge contribution to living our best life on the island. Thank you Kat for being the best host and sharing this little piece of paradise with us! We will be back!

Fantastic condo on a beautiful island!

We had an amazing stay at Kat’s Limin’ Time condo. We were comfortable and the two bedroom, two bath condo suited my wife, my daughter and me perfectly. It was clean, close to town and communication with Kat was great. We enjoyed several of her recommendations and will definitely be back. It’s too beautiful of a place! 😎

Great stay

This is a great property! Well-located if you want to be near Christiansted, and very nice place to stay. Check in and out was a breeze and the owner/property mgr was easy to contact for the few questions we had. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay!

The condo was exactly as pictured and was spotless when we arrived. The view from the porch and master suite were wonderful and the property manager (Kat) was delightful, checking with me at various times to see if we needed anything. Would most definitely stay here again!

I love this neighborhood because of it's central location. Within .5 of a mile there are several restaurants, a coffee shop, beaches, a grocery store, a book shop and so much more. We also have an automatic generator that keeps the power running in times of power outages.

This condominium has been completely renovated---new kitchen, new bathrooms, new tile, etc. The furniture is high quality pieces from West Elm and other high end shops.
