Family reunion

It was very nice. Some of the family were wanting grill or fire pit access but we had family that stayed at the lodge so we were able to use theirs.

Perfect Location

We were so thankful for finding this stay! It was located perfectly to the campground where family was camping and allowed us to escape the heat and have a very comfortable place to sleep at night. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was nice and easy with my husband and I staying with our two young children. Having the washer and dryer at the home was also a lifesaver. We would definitely stay again if we are ever on that side of the state again! Thank you for having us!

Fits need but basic economy style.

Located next to a busy highway. Facility is old, basic, and functional. Not bad but nothing special. There are basic kitchen items but not even salt and pepper. Glad it wasn’t too hot as I doubt the air conditioner could really cool it adequately. Value for the cost is disappointing.

After driving 7 hours with a 16th month old we were unable to get into property because host provided in correct code. I had let host know what time we would arrive, but had phone off and was unavailable. Ended up having to rent a different property for evening Deck on property had peeling paint. Cushions on porch were dirty and torn. Shower had mold

Roomy upper level apartment

The property was well appointed, clean, and quiet. All of our needs were met. Very near the lake and fairly close to town. Definitely comfortable beds! Hope to make it back someday...

Comfortable beds

We first got this property because it was posted as pet friendly. After booking the place and contacting the owner, we found out they recently got new carpet and pets were not allowed anymore. We had to make other arrangements for our pet. The owner was very nice and apologized and gave us alternative ideas. New carpet was very nice. Beds and pillows were wonderful and comfortable. There were some minor issues with lights flickering and going out and bathroom sink handle had an issue and owner was notified and stated she would take care of asap. Another review stated there was no full length mirror in home and there was one on back of bathroom door. Controls for air conditioner are located downstairs and we did not have access to. It was a little warm first night but great rest of weekend as it cooled off. She had it posted to notify them if temp needed adjusted. Location is great and we loved all the games available that kept us busy. Bathroom and shower could use a little tlc but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to get back with me on any questions and concerns.

Comfy beds and nice sized place

We stay in Yankton every year for a golf tournament and this condo was so much nicer than any of the hotels in the area and the host was great! Easy check in and out and super comfy beds :)

Summer Fun

The property met all our needs. Clean and great location. We were two minutes from the marina and spent our time boating. The highway was noisy but you couldn’t hear it when sleeping. enjoyed having laundry right on the property- overall great stay!

Great!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family. The beds were the best! We had stayed in 4 hotel beds to get here. So these were a welcome change. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer after being at the beach every day. There were a few things that would have been helpful to have that were not there. I couldn't find a toaster, cutting knives (for fruit, bread, etc) and a full length mirror. But none of that is a deal breaker. Lastly, I really liked that there weren't a ton of decorative knick knacks. With my young kids I usually have to put away decorations so they aren't broken. It was all very tidy.
