This brand-new loft is a clean and relaxing space for travelers to Charlotte. Located in the charming neighborhood Villa Heights, you are nestled between the popular bars and restaurants of NoDa and Plaza Midwood. In a short walk, you are at the 25th street station, able to take the light rail just 4 stops into Uptown, or continue on to South End.

Modern amenities and decor will make this your home away from home.

This space is above a detached garage in the backyard of our home. Guests have full access to the loft but not the garage or backyard. There is street parking out front of the house. Guests do not have access to park in the driveway or garage.

Great location in the Queen City

I was in town for my sons graduation from UnC Charlotte. the location was about 15minutes from campus which was so important allowing us to have a photo shoot with my graduate and time to change and freshen up before the event. The stairs were a bit of a surprise but I am not a person with mobility issues. I enjoyed my stay and would use again

Extended Stay

My son stayed in the guesthouse for 3 weeks while doing an internship uptown. The loft was appropriately furnished, safe, and clean, all things that were at the top of our “must” list. The loft is ideal for a short stay. A few wishes that would make an extended stay better would include on-site laundry facilities, a larger refrigerator, and a small stove. The long walk to the light rail was also not ideal when dressed for work though parking was available at the 25th street station.

Favorite place to stay in Charlotte!

We have traveled to Charlotte off and on for about 4 years as my daughter was in college there. This is, by far, the best place we have stayed. VERY clean and convenient to get to downtown and all other surrounding areas. If we ever make it back to Charlotte, this will be my first choice.

Love the Loft

A great place to stay for a long weekend spent exploring Charlotte. Spacious and efficient, this rental has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The neighborhood is charming, and if you like to run or walk it's great for that too. I'd love to stay here again when I am back in Charlotte.

Great Stay!

I spent two weeks at this spacious studio and i had a great time. It came with all the amenities, and was in a great location close to uptown charlotte, even had a laundromat 2 minutes away. There’s only street parking but my car was fine the whole time. The host was also very responsive and helpful so 10/10 would stay again.

Looks just like the photos! It's an absolutely darling hideaway! I loved my stay here! I am a light sleeper and aside from the 1 night where there was thunder, it was super quiet and I slept well. This loft is quaint, super cute, and cozy! I came for a 3 day conference so I was there to sleep and get ready in the morning or at night. I was happy to have a stand alone living space, especially since I dislike the thin hotel walls and hearing people talk, shower, etc. The host provided everything I needed, from towels to tea to a water pitcher in the fridge, full of water! The place was very clean and well kept. It was very easy to access and find. Please note there are some semi steep stairs to climb as it is above a garage. Short, stubby legs may need some assistance. I'm quite tall so there wasn't an issue. I would stay here again!

Adorable rental

I choose this rental for its location and based on other reviews and the pictures. It did not disappoint, rather I was very impressed. Everything was clean and fresh and I was surprised that it was quiet overnight. All of that said, the stairs are steep. But since I only had to climb them a few times it’s something to consider. I would highly recommend this rental and will use it again in the future.

15th Wedding Anniversary

My Wife and I never visited Charlotte and we found this amazing loft in a well located area near Noda. You are a 1 mile walk from Noda and a 5 min drive from anything you need. I told my wife if we didnt have kids and pets, this Loft is perfect for a couple to live there permanently. It has everything you need and the Shower is awesome! Bed was very comforarble. Everything was really clean and super inviting. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and people walking there dogs so seemed very safe The check in process was very easy and the instructions provided for checkin were very accurate. We walked to Noda our 1st night and although we stayed long enough to have a slice of pizza, this is a great spot for Coffee, Food, and Night Life. At midnight we were still hungry so we visited the Midnight Diner next to the Spectrum Center and if a quiet dining experience is what you are looking for, this is not it...lol. This place is rowdy but a lot of fun and lets you stuff your face with all types of food. Our 2nd day, we visited First Baptist Church which was less than a few minutes drive for services and I highly recommend. That evening, we went to the small town of Matthews for the Alive Festival and had a wonderful time. We greatly appreciated the stay and look forward to visiting again!
