Welcome to The Syd. Set in a hidden paradise just minutes from the French Quarter, The Syd offers six poolside suites for large group getaways.

The Space:
This 10BR/6BA space features an incredible living area with two sectionals, a huge 85” TV, and outsized murals. The ceiling soars to over 22 ft in height and the oversized windows offer views of the city skyline and pool outside. The dining room has a beautiful custom- built pecan dining table that can comfortably seat 18 people and features three chandeliers that were made by a local lighting designer.

This suite was inspired by Louisiana's environment and it's influence on New Orleans. Throughout the space, you'll find artwork depicting Louisiana scenes and the plants and animals found in them.

The Syd revolves around its outdoor space and you'll have access to the heated outdoor pool, cabana, hot tub, sauna, Finnish "bucket" shower, regular outdoor shower, and outdoor kitchen. Note that these outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub, sauna, and grill areas) are shared with the other suites at The Syd.

The Neighborhood:
The Syd is centrally located between the French Quarter/Downtown and the Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a one minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

This unit is on the 2nd floor; there is no elevator and stairs are required to reach all rooms in this suite.

All outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub, sauna, grill area) are open from 8am-10pm daily.

For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located in the common areas. These are exterior only.

This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
