Le White Seagull est un studio de maßtre au dernier étage avec un Sky Lounge privé.

Conçu et construit avec amour, les détails de cette Master Studio sont pas comme les autres. En haut de la colline, les brises sont sûrs de vous tenir à l'aise. Trois ponts offrent une vue sur l'océan imprenable sur les ßles et les baies à travers l'horizon. Savourez votre vin préféré ou une boisson tropicale glacial tout en regardant au-delà des rives. La nuit, regarder les lumiÚres de St. Thomas danse et romantique!

Meublées avec goût avec des antiquités d'héritage précieux et un lit d'acajou roi sculpté à la main, vous vous sentirez comme des rois. Nous offrons une kitchenette, une douche surdimensionnée et des fournitures de plage pour rendre votre séjour confortable et agréable. Si vous le souhaitez il y a la climatisation. Cependant, les alizés offrent un endroit aéré, brise fraßche si vous préférez ne pas utiliser l'air conditionné.

Détendez-vous et profiter de la vue sur l'océan depuis la superbe piscine sur le débordement située sur le pont inférieur dans la zone commune. Vous y trouverez également un barbecue pour préparer un délicieux repas. Un parking privé hors rue est à cÎté des ornés doubles portes en bois à l'entrée principale menant à votre suite.

Je vous ai fourni pour vous: serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, glaciĂšre, sĂšche-cheveux, un fer et une planche Ă  repasser.

Ce studio est pour deux adultes seulement, ne convient pas pour les enfants. Ceci est un Ă©tablissement non-fumeur.

En outre, je vis sur la propriété afin que je puisse en outre assurer une expérience de vacances relaxantes et merveilleux pour vous. Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir sur St. John, le Gem de la Caraïbe!

Situé à seulement 1. 2 miles de la ville de Cruz Bay et environ 3 minutes des plages du North Shore.

Saint John est connu pour les Jeeps d'entraßnement aux 4 roues. Montées et descentes routes, autour des courbes amusantes à des vitesses lentes de 20 à 30 miles par heure. Si vous préférez une voiture de location standard, les routes à l'atelier sont nouvelle et facile à conduire.

Pour Voyage en taxi, les taxis sont prĂȘts au quai de ferry pour vous emmener jusqu'Ă  la colline Ă  votre Villa. Voyage en taxi est facile une fois sur l'Ăźle, pas besoin de louer une voiture. Les numĂ©ros de tĂ©lĂ©phone des chauffeurs de taxi sont affichĂ©s dans votre studio. Les belles plages sont faciles d'accĂšs et Ă  quelques minutes de votre villa.

Le plus proche des plages et face à l'océan à manger est un court trajet en voiture en bas de la colline pour Great Bay Cruz et le Westin Resort.

Amazing

The property was beautiful, clean and had great views. It is just a few minutes drive from the main area in Cruz Bay and also to some restaurants east, so an overall good location. Jackie was a great hostess and communicated well. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The views from the balcony, upper terrace and pool are absolutely amazing! Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular!! Jacqueline is the sweetest lady ever❀❀ She met us at the car ferry and we followed her up to the place!! She showed us all around the place! We will be back!!!!

The Best Week!

This property and host are amazing. We had the best time at this wonderful property and highly recommend for it just for two. The pool is perfect and so clean and refreshing, the views from the sky lounge are incredible, shooting stars every night and so many islands and the most beautiful sunsets, unobstructed views of bays and many islands. The location is outstanding, less than 2 miles to Cruz Bay. We hit a new beach everyday for a week. The Villa had everything we needed, the furniture is unique and beautiful. The Villa is very spacious. We used the cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and the sheet provided to help keep sand out of our car. The trade winds keep this unit cool, and are very pleasant. Jackie our host is a very classy lady. She thought of everything to help make this trip special and we are so lucky to have the chance to meet her learn a little about her and this magical place.

Absolutely amazing

Everything about this place was great. The view, the pool, the host, etc. You'll definitely want a car to stay here but you're just a short drive to everything. The host was amazing, giving the perfect balance of attentiveness and privacy. The place was fantastic. We had great trade winds keeping us just cool enough every night that we never even thought about turning on the AC. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous stay at White Seagull

The White Seagull was a terrific find in St. John and exactly what we were looking for. The unit is large, furnished with interesting antiques and has big sliding doors that afford absolutely stunning views of neighboring islands. The sliders allow breezes to flow through the unit and provide easy access to outside terraces including a rooftop deck which was the perfect place for a drink after the end of a long day of beaching and exploring. The unit has a huge shower, and we found the bed to be very comfortable. The pool downstairs was great for a swim or a soak in the morning when the sun floods in. White Seagull is located less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Cruz Bay but is located just far enough away that it's quiet at night. With a couch, chairs and television, it's comfortable enough to just hang out in with a book if you want a break from the beach. Jacqueline, our host, is a gem and extremely friendly, gracious and helpful. We loved our stay and White Seagull and will stay there again on our next visit!

Amazing Villa, Views, & Host!

Jacqueline was an extremely kind and knowledgeable host, we loved staying at the villa. The views are spectacular and the pool is such a great addition to take a dip in and watch the sunset, sip a cocktail, or cool down. The sky deck is also wonderful for sunset and cocktails! More Than Meets the Eye

Sitting on the rooftop Sky Lounge, as dusk descended, I was at the center of a semi-circle with St. Croix a shadow on the horizon to my left, the majesty of St. Thomas straight ahead, and Puerto Rico peaking out of the deepening darkness to my right. Above me was only sky. a dome flecked with stars blinking their way into view. Below me, lights shimmering like crystals of spilled salt brightened the nooks and crannies of Cruz Bay, Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole, and beyond. All this met my eyes as I sat on the rooftop, but it was only an appetizer for the wonder of "Just For Two." The inside of the villa was unexpected. It is a Legacy of Love. The two rooms were not furnished in typical Rooms To Go vacation chic. Instead, every piece of furniture was an heirloom carrying stories of families past, travels across the ocean, and a resting place on Sunset Ridge. The owner and her husband came to St. John in 1984 and began building. This was not for the faint of heart. There's Island Time, and there's St. John's Time. But the couple's dreams slowly took shape. When her husband died not long after the turn of the last century, Jacqueline took a fistful of blueprints, and with the persistence of the trade winds, she cajoled, insisted, and burnished the dream she and her husband had shared. Then came two Category Five hurricanes, rebuilding, and 14 months of a pandemic. All those stories -- and many more -- are part of what makes this place unique. It's one thing to come to St. John and enjoy a vacation. But you can do that almost anywhere on the island. But in this place, if you're open to the stories that surround you, it's possible to do more than vacation here. You will be able -- in a small way -- to become part of this island, its tangled history, its tragedies, and its triumphs. So, as you sit atop the Sky Louge, imagine the stories, listen for the voices, and celebrate much more than meets your eyes.

Magnificent view and wonderful hostess

The view from the apartment windows and balconies was breathtaking. Jackie is a very caring hostess and wonderful person. The main room was furnished with antiques, in very good condition and creating nice atmosphere of this room. However, for us it was not enough drawers or closets to put our staff so we keep part of clothing in our luggage or on the top of furniture. The bathroom part was Ok with huge shower cabin and plenty of towels. The kitchenette was very small, there was no space to prepare food, and no table and simple chairs to eat at. We ate at the coffee table in main room sitting on the coach or armchairs, which was not very comfortable. The kitchenette had all needed dinnerware, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave but no cooktop. The countertop was microscopic size

Absolutely Perfect

Very attuned to the needs of off-island visitors, Jacqueline initiated and maintained excellent communication within minutes of booking the property until we stepped onto the plane going back to Boston. And, having never been to St John, it was crucial to how seamless our trip was. Great advice, followed by great dining recommendations followed by great accommodations is normal here. Our villa, perched high into Cruz Bay was an incredible place. Several times I caught myself staring at ‘the views’ early in the morning, thinking that it was just “too perfect” and it almost seemed like a ‘photoshopped’ wall. But, I promise that it was real, and that it was perfect. To any traveler, I advise to bring binoculars - that view is just too sensational to see with only the naked eye. And, whenever I was in the villa looking at anything, usually it was into that view; along the hills or at the beaches or the boats or the islands or the shorelines. I cannot wait to return!

USVI First Timers!

Jacqueline has a beautiful home, and the views of the island are top notch! We honestly did not spend too much time at the property as we were busy exploring the island, but we did enjoy the morning views as well as the sunsets on the top deck. Being so high up, the drive can be tricky and there are certain nuances to the plumbing/hot water but overall we had a lovely stay. Jacqueline is a gracious and responsive host; she also helped us out of a bind the first night when our rental Jeep did not come through. An added bonus - if you are prone to bug bites, the notorious “no-see-ups” do not venture that far up as the breeze is too strong!

Incredible host and view

This was a last minute booking after our other property cancelled and we couldn’t have been luckier. Jackie was the most wonderful host. She gave us lots of insight about what to do and where to go as first timers. The private infinity pool was beautiful with best views of Cruz bay and chocolate hole. We’ll definitely be back.

Trade winds and extraordinary views abound!

Perched high up in the hills surrounding 3 different bays, Jacqueline’s property is amazing! Watching the sunsets from the sky lounge as the trade winds keep you cool is magical. Jacqueline is an amazing and gracious host and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Can’t beat the views

We loved our stay at White Seagull. Three balconies with sliding screen doors made for a beautiful breeze to lull us to sleep at night. The villa was clean but some of the furniture could use some TLC. The bed was beautiful to look at but very squeaky. Jaqueline was a sweetheart and was always a ray of sunshine when we saw her in passing. She is a longtime St John resident and is a wealth of information for all the don’t miss spots! I would definitely recommend White Seagull for the breathtaking views, perfect location near the restaurants and shops, and of course Jaqueline â€ïžđŸ đŸâ€ïž

On Top of Paradise

Looking out into the Virgin Islands, catching the sunrise and breathtaking sunsets from the roof top and patios will strip away the cares of the world. These are the days you live for.. .. Perfect Fit

If you're looking for a place for two and want a real St John experience, Just For Two is a perfect fit. Very roomy accommodation, pool, functional kitchen & grill, private sun deck, and a view that can't be beat. The property description listed and the photos paint an accurate picture of the property. One great feature not listed are the units three balconies that provide a serene & picturesque setting for morning coffee or after dinner drinks. Quiet convenient location only minutes from Cruz Bay. We visited Maho Bay, Honeymoon Beach, Cruz Bay, and the East End. Dined at Lime Inn, Morgan's Mango, Miss Lucy's and others. Owner Jackie is wonderful & will provide all the info you need before arriving. She will meet you at the dock upon arrival or at your car rental agency. If you love and appreciate St John, you'll love this low-key rental.

Wonderful

The property is better than represented! The view is one of the best, the pool is perfect and the sun deck can't be beat. Jacqueline is a gracious hostess and assures that you have everything you might need. The kitchenette is small but functional, beach chairs and towels are provided and the breeze thru the unit eliminated any need for A/C. St. John is back up on its' feet and visitors are greeted warmly by all. This was our 4th visit to STJ and we will return....we look forward to seeing Jacqueline again. I fell in love with St John, the gem of the islands. For many years, our summer home was on Madeline Island in Wisconsin on Lake Superior. St. John became the perfect island winter home for us. We filled our days with beach-combing, snorkeling, hiking the National Park trails and learning the island history. Building our home here was a big adventure. I have completed the dream and I want to share it with you.

This island has been my home for 28 years and I have had the honor to host guests for many of these years. I love to hear your stories and share mine.

What is nice about our home is the great uplifting feelings of dreams coming true, the soft breeze of the trade winds, cool nights on your sun-kissed skin and stargazing from the Sky Lounge.

Close to the town of Cruz Bay and a short drive to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Grocery stores, restaurants and take-out food are available only a few minutes away.
