From Memorial Day through Labor Day, there are 10 seasonal LAKE CLUB AMENITY PASSES FREE WITH THIS RENTAL, so you can enjoy the private beach or take a dip in the heated pool, which also has a separate kiddie pool for the littles to splash around in; several sport courts to play tennis/volleyball/ basketball/ badminton/bocce ball, or you can rent water toys (for an additional fee) and get out on Boulder Lake in a kayak/canoe/paddle board/pedal boat/row boat or even a Pontoon and enjoy the scenery from the water or even do a little fishing! Kids 2 years old and under do not require a pass; should you need more than 10 passes, they could be provided for additional fees per pass/per day and would need to be reserved and coordinated prior to your visit. The lake club, and activities, are open, weather permitting, from Memorial Day through Labor Day; there will be no refunds if the lake club is closed, for any reason.
