A Great Stay!

Our stay at the Nest on Elm was short but fantastic! Bryce was easy to connect with and very helpful, and we would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a weekend getaway!

Perfect stay

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds. Super clean, big bathroom. We had a car and it was easy to get around and close to Dick's Sporting Goods arena. Host was great and responded quickly. We checked in a little early which was really helpful.

Hidden Park Hill gem

Great, quiet location close enough to all of our events and destinations without the crowd and noise. Ideal 5 minute walk to local coffee house, tap room, wine bar, ice cream and pizza! Bryce is an exceptional host and the property offered everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay with Bryce! Beautifully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The location is great with lots to do just right around the corner. Communication with Bryce was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Cute House and Comfy Beds

My friend and I stayed a few nights while visiting Denver. Communication and the check-in process was easy. The house was very cute, well stocked, and comfortable. It’s very close to downtown and the Broncos stadium. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely sweet apt

The stay was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the apt was nicely appointed and furnished, and the private outdoor space was zen-like with the green and ornamental grasses, and lighting. Bryce was so kind enough as to have offered some nearby ventures we could easily enjoy.

Cute neighborhood apartment

This 2 bedroom apartment was great for our weekend trip. It is in a nice neighborhood, located close to everywhere we wanted to go in Denver. Nicely furnished with all amenities needed for guests Lovely backyard patio. Bryce was a wonderful host, quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would book this place again.

Welcoming space

Everything we needed for our stay! Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, and laundry room. Very convenient for a short walk to our family. Convenient for Park Hill neighborhood activities and restaurants, Denver Zoo, City Park, and Denver Science Museum. Great communication with Bryce. Happy to have Bryce’s for future visits.

Great location

Bryce’s spot was great for our stay in Denver while attending a music event at Dicks Sporting Arena. The location was central to the venue and other popular areas of Denver. The basement apartment itself was clean, well furnished and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. There was great natural light and I especially enjoyed the spacious tile shower and back porch area. We’d definitely stay here again. Also communicating with Bryce was super easy via VRBO.

Nest on Elm gets a Best…

Great location close to the three art festivals I was participating in. Super clean. Well stocked for my longish (3 week) visit. Comfy bed. Relaxing pleasant backyard lounge I had all to myself in the evenings. Bryce was courtesy, pleasant, professional, super fast responder to texted questions, requests, etc.

Comfortable, well appointed

The property was well maintained and stocked with everything one might want. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything. It was a great base for a couple of days. You do hear the floor creaking from upstairs. Earplugs and a noise machine are stocked if you need them.

Great spot to visit Denver and surroundings

Good communication with Bryce. Clean basement (would not recommend to people with an issue with steep steps) accurate to pictures. Pretty much without noise except when the owner above used his vacuum cleaner to clean rooms. Nice private patio we enjoyed for breakfasts. Close to city center (we were there to go to a soccer national tournament at Dicks Sporting Goods arena). We enjoyed going to nearby City Park to walk and bike (rental) around the lake and used their swan pedalo before a nice sunset. The location is within walking distance of a small center wirh a local brewery, pizzeria, liquor store and small groceries store and a yummee good ice cream shop. All in all, we strongly recommend it if you have no issue with using stairs to access the basement.

Colorado Sparkler

We came out for a weeklong softball tournament. This location is very central and was perfect for what we needed. We were 15 minutes or less from Coors Field, the aquarium, botanical gardens, museum and zoo. We made sure to visit all of them. As advertised, the ceilings are low and it is on the basement level. Host thought of all the amenities (literally even feminine hygiene products). There was plenty of space for the three of us. We used the oven and washer and dryer, and fans were provided to circulate air and block out some of the noise from upstairs movement. Although( we kept similar hours so nothing bothersome. Back yard is big and well appointed. Host is polite and responds quickly. We had an issue with the lock and he walked us through an alternative at a very late hour. Neighborhood was quiet and safe (well other than July 4th when we were treated to a free show by everyone around us). Definitely would recommend, and may return next year.

Cozy neighborhood nest

Bryce is accommodating, helpful, informative, quick to respond and always smiling. His place is very inviting-clean, cozy, well stocked, in a quiet centrally located neighborhood. No disappointments.
